So helpful. wonderful facility, nice and fair even when I was several months pay due on rent. will absolutely recommend to anyone that needs storage, and will use again in the future if needed.

I would not recommend Uhaul. The place did not have the equipment that was rented online. The local place said uhaul did not provide them with equipment. Uhaul should not allow me to reserve something that is not available.

Lea was an absolute pleasure from the time I booked the reservation to the time I returned it. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and made the experience that much more pleasurable. I would highly recommend Richard Self Storage for any vehicle and storage needs.

We showed up to pick up the Uhaul and no one was was at the office. Called the manager and she said that uhaul didn't notify her that there was a rental. We were on a time schedule and was late for where we needed to be. Office was a mess and we also were not notified about the $80 day rental if you exceed 100 miles.

Friendly enough service but the location is off the beaten path, steep hill in and out, some Items in the back of the van that I cleared out. Again, friendly service but I prefer other locations in Morgantown.

Reserved "30 days Free Storage" with call to UHaul. Richard storage not open until 12:30; then told NO FREE, 2-Month MINIMUM & >$100 per month. WHY reserved?!!?

Did not utilize the unit, the location was vastly outside the area I was going to be. Also uhaul couldn't find my reservation when I asked to extend the move in date and then I get this email.

When I arrived my reservation was not to be found, yet my driver license information was in the system which is a little scary to me. Also, I was charged $10 CDW coverage which I have no idea what that is, waived all insurances with my reservation. I want a credit for the coverage and a new receipt.

Good storage facility. Had no issues getting into the building as needed and nothing was stolen or tampered with in our unit. Only issue was occasional burned out light bulbs in the hallway.

Had a month free through uhaul. Called over 8 times in 2 days to confirm everything and not one time did they returned any calls. Why would you want to rent from a place that won't answer phone calls.

Great service. The workers were very prompt and helpful in finding in the unit. Even gave us their number to ensure we were taken care of should any questions come up. Would definitely recommend them!

I had originally held a van at the Grafton Rd, Morgantown WV location. When I arrived for pick the door was locked and no one was there. I was not pleased! Had to drive to Earl L Core Rd... they were awesome ! Not at all pleased with Grafton Rd, who took my credit card#.

The storage unit was dirty. the lady that worked there didnt tell me when my rent was due so i got charged with a late fee because i passed the rent due date
