Broken glass in the Uhaul. Returning the truck was an unnecessary obstacle. The drop off location had been closed for several months, there was no warning or heads up about that.

Make sure to change your system so that you cannot book trailers for locations that do not operate anymore, better customer service, more thorough information.

Originally was to do my pick up at this location. They did not have the equipment I reserved even though it showed in your system it was there as I was informed by central booking the day before. I ended up having to pick up in Winnipeg and instead of 29,95/day for 4 days, my bill came to over 1000 dollars as I had to drop off in this location. Further, when I dropped the trailer off the location was closed even though I was there an hour after its stated opening time. With no one there, I just found a spot and unhooked the trailer myself and left. Having to pay so much when your system was wrong doesn't seem like good business practices. I was over a barrel so I had no choice but to pay the exorbitant extortionist drop-off fee.

Over charged for the rental, poorly run, no one available. The location wasn't even open at the time of pick up like it was supposed to be. I feel I should not be paying for this rental at all.

Actually have the equipment needed. And not over charge. 500$ for 24hours use.

The truck was clean and in great shape as well as comfortable. The small trailer was old and not clean.

Drop off was Nov. 11, location was closed and had good drop off area.

There was rat faeces in the truck and have pictures. I rented blankets and they were sopping wet. I rented a appliance dolly and was told the truck before me took it.

The trailer I reserved was not available when I needed it. Booked it a month in advance. Not impressed.

Gas level was below required amount. Interior/ rear cabin was covered in dirt Rep stated he had stuff in the back of the u haul and had to remove it. It was just tow straps but indicated his sons quad was either in it, or towed by it. Miles on contract and miles on truck were off approx 20 miles.

I was given an incorrect location to drop off in Flin Flon by U-Haul. U-Haul should know enough to give proper drop off locations.

Uhaul seems to think there's a drop off 2 km south of Flin Flon on Hwy 10, but they don't do it anymore. We tried to drop it off there and they sent us to Cranberry Portage.

I ran into an issue with the rental and needed to get a hold of customer service. The phone number for the pick up location was disconnected. I waited on hold on the 1 800 customer line for over 3 hours and never reached anyone. I tried using their online Road Assist 3 times but received and error message when I would submit the form. This was my first time using U Haul and I would definitely only ever use them again as a last resort.

I had severe issues attempting to return the truck via the app - it wouldn't accept the mileage which kept me from the next steps = extremely frustrating! The clerk at ricks didn't want to accept the key for the truck & the number I was given I called - no answer no return phone call! Finally just before 10 pm Rick a showed up behind the scenes and accepted the key! So I was at the location for an hour trying to return the truck -gotta be a simpler way!

The only problem we have with this place is that we are usually dropping off a unit when no one is available but other than that they are good people.

The people were wonderful. The vehicles are very poorly maintained. As someone that works in service, I know what vehicles should drive like... and these things are death traps. Never seen a vehicle drive straight while holding the wheel 90 degrees to the left. But if that's the new thing, nobody gave me the memo... I booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance at a specific location and they call 2 days prior with a "there's only one left in the city. And it's 30 mins out of your way" I would be fired at my job for that. Again the phone lady was very kind. I know these surveys are on the people and that was fine. The places were fine. If I had another option I would not have used uhaul. I was given a warning beforehand and should have stuck with using anywhere else.

was originally supposed to drop it off in flin flon where i was going to but the drop off location is not open weekends. like really? and it was gated shut so you want me to leave it literally on the highway? so i found the next closest location in cranberry portage, 50km away. so there is an extra 100km of driving. Thanks guys.

A customer should pick up a truck with a full gas tank and drop it off with the same. Trying to gage a partial tank full is difficult and, I would estimate, is invariably in favor of UHaul.

Cranberry Portage location was lacking; I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to open the location and accept my drop off. There was another man there also dropping off. We both had called the phone number provided on the paper, but no answer. I was there on time. The man who helped us was nice, and stated another guy was supposed to be there to open.

When I got to this location the rental I requested was not on site nor available, was sent to Flin Flon as they had the correct item. Got to Flin Flon prior to the time indicated that I needed to be there by and it was closed. Called Cranberry Portage location and the solution provided was to pick it up in the morning. Was heading to Lethbridge to get the load I needed it for. Contacted 1-800 number and was on the phone for 90 minutes, finally confirmed that I could pick up a trailer in Veteran, Alberta which was somewhat out of the way to which my drive was to be, however needed the trailer and it was the closest available to Lethbridge. Overall experience with U-haul these locations and head office was bad. The Veteran, Alberta location staff were extremely pleasant and helpful!!

When we picked up, truck was a mess, less then 1/4 tank of gas, cigarette butts in the back and in the cab, not cleaned up, and with my "upgrade" uhaul had giving my truck away, so they had to give me a bigger one. Which I didn't need a 26 foot truck, now I had to pay for extra gas to go pick it up and extra gas to drive it around and extra gas costs lots. So instead of a clean, cost efficient truck. I got a dirty, empty and gas sucking truck to move one bedroom... I had 26" to move one bedroom....

The only issue I had was the roll up door. Had a broken cable when I picked it up. Other then that it was great
