I was charged 11 liters of fuel for 42 km (mostly in highway) with the smallest size van which makes me think the fuel gauge was manipulated. I felt like the gauge was moving too fast as I started driving. With the mileage itself, my google map log showed 36 not 42. Based on all of these, I paid more than I should. I hope you check the car and the dealership to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers.

But it was frustrating to learn that when I went to go and pick up the van there was no dolly like I requested on the website. When I arrived I was told that even though the website says you can pick one up from that location, they do not in fact have dollies. My experience with U-Haul was in general very frustrating. I had to change my reservation several times and make extra time to pick up the missing dolly from another location. You should really consider improving the website UI because for several locations it said that the vans/trucks could be picked up at anytime and then I found out that this was not the case when someone called me to amend my pick-up time. Nothing was really as advertised on your website. I'm also still waiting for a refund for the dolly that I couldn't rent.
Estefania GolobThey did not provide the furniture pads as requested but charged me for them along with a dolly I did not ask for. The van itself also did not seem to be a uhaul van? They also improperly charged me for the rental and it took 40 minutes to resolve. At the end of the 40 minutes, they provided me with a quote of what I would be charged the next day and it was not what my credit card was charged.
