John was so helpful and great location off the main highway. Locked the keys in truck by accident and he provided guidance and was very professional and down to earth friendly.

mark pCreepy uncomfortable employee. Went into my truck without my approval to "turn my hazards on" when I was parked in a private parking lot. Super creepy and weird. Will never go there ever again.

JOSEPH EThe kid working there put my hitch pin on my bumper and didn't tell me before I left so it was lost and now I have to buy another one. They could have offered to replace it. He didn't say he would charge to put the new hitch ball on until he was ready to do it. Not friendly nor helpful.
Peggy MDennis got us back on the road in a timely manner and was very friendly, unfortunately the first trailer we received was in such bad shape, it would’ve taken him a full day to repair… because the trailer we received WAS NOT INSPECTED BY ANY U-HAUL EMPLOYEE BEFORE WE GOT IT. we watched the customer return it to the parking lot and we were immediately instructed to hook up to the trailer that was just dropped off.

Curtis MThe guy was extremely rude towards me when my step dad wasn't around infront of my son. When my step dad was around he basically completely blew me off and directed questions that should have been for me to him. Important to add that I am a 32 yr old female and know quite a bit about vehicles and what not. This guy treated me like I was dumb.
Kaitlynn OThis location was very helpful. While hooking up the trailer, he noted that the receiving ball was installed upside down by a different Uhaul location. When we dropped off the trailer, he flipped it for us. No improvements needed at this location.
Sara SVery gruff man who called me in reference to the furniture blankets I thought I had purchased and not rented. He made it feel like I personally stole the blankets. He wanted me to travel 4 hours to my old house to get the blankets that I had left there for the 2nd moving trip. I ended up paying another $140 for the blankets. Awful service.

William MRented a car trailer and was skeptical about the tires on the trailer making it the 1100 miles home in the 95+ degree weather and a 4000# car. They must know their stuff, made it all the way in the heat with zero drama. Friendly staff that'll help you out in any way. Highly recommend them.

Michael GKeep tires maintained. I had one blow on the highway, in the middle of nowhere, with my child. Four hours waiting for assistance. Not cool.
MARIA JBrought trailer back-informed the store 2 times that the trailer leaked-got all of our boxes wet (enclosed trailer) - shop didn't really care. They did make sure to inform me that I needed to bring the trailer back clean or I would get charged extra. Not very impressed. Wanted to bring the trailer back to Leon's Buy & Sale - They are much more personable and would have taken care of the leaky trailer problem.
Gary RI had no problem with the whole process & dropping the trailer off. The customer service was awesome, didn't not get no attitude like the customer was doing the service a favor. I get that alot these days. My experience was GREAT!
