Van was clean, but needed serviced. The stabilitytrak light was on when I picked it up. Steering wheel is off 45° so the turn signal won't turn off. It's off so much that the cruise control buttons were at the bottom of the steering wheel.

The lady at the pickup counter was absolutely excellent! The van had a bit less fuel than it was supposed to at pickup and the bumper had a small dent. Both items were addressed properly by the attendant. Steering wheel on the van was miss-aligned, but still functioned for my purpose.

I understand that it was the holiday but I was charged an extra day and kept the equiptment secure during this time. Also, I never got a responce feom when I filed a dispute.

Rod McmasterThe location was great. But, the maintenance on the 26' truck by Uhaul was negligent. The a/c on the climate control was not working. Having no a/c on a hot summer day is not a good thing to have in a rental truck. The previous body damage on the truck is a poor corporate image by Uhaul. It says 'We don't care how our company (or equipment) appears. We just want your money.' Next time, we'll spend more money at Ryder for a better looking, and better maintained vehicle.

Curtis WardThe back of the truck was very dirty. Dirt, sand, broken glass, plumbing fitting, and a marker. I had to sweep it out before I used it. Considering I rented this same truck 5 days prior and not only swept it but washed it out due to an oil spill, It should have been pretty clean. The sticker on the truck states there will be a $25 dollars cleaning fee if the truck is returned dirty. Maybe I should get a $25 credit for cleaning up after the previous renter. Not the location's fault, but when we returned the truck after hours, the app would not work. Had to live chat with U-Haul and send them pictures of the miles and fuel gauge. Spent at least 45 minutes trying to get the truck returned at midnight. The next morning, I received the receipt and was charged $73 for fuel even though I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel. Another 30 minutes on live chat to get it refunded. Good thing I had taken pictures of the fuel gauge when I picked up the truck and returned it.

Zachary Messermy only issue with U haul and it is not this location is that I never seem to be able to pick up the truck where I requested pick up. Whether I've needed a truck in Louisville or Rockford I can always guarantee that the pick up location that I requested will not be the place where i pick it up at. Typically it almost always is a good distance away from where I requested. Yes you guys give me the additional miles, but that does not make up for the additional time lost having to drive a good distance to pick up the truck and return to begin moving. VERY FRUSTRATING

When I went out to hook up the trailer, one of the wires in the light wring harness was broken. So, I hooped up the one nest to it and when I went inside, there was a new person. I was told I had to take the one assigned and was given a new harness. I was there 1-1/2 hours and will NEVER use this location.

Rusty BarnesThe gas miles per gallon started out at 13.3, and with careful driving worked up to 15,9 mpg. I bought too much fuel expecting 10 to 12 mpg, but so what? I guess if I had a lead foot and jackrabbit starts and stops, it could have been less MPG.

Filling the tank to ensure a safe trip we returned it with an additional 3/16 and at current gas prices that's approximately $26 out of my pocket were as if it was full I would have returned it full
DALE TULKThe truck I rented did not have air conditioning or heat. The blowers did not work at all and when I reported it I was told that there was nothing that could be done. And I did not have time to return my truck. Cancel my rental and find a new truck. I had movers coming and everything All timed out and planned and paid for. At first it I just realized not having AC was going to suck and it did being stuck in the heat like that. But what I did not realize was that not having defrosters would almost kill me and my wife when the rain started and we are going down the interstate and my Windows completely fogged up and I could not see going 65 mph down the road. I had to stick my head out the window in a downpour so I could somewhat safely get off the road where we had to sit and wait until we can see you again. Completely screwed up our whole day with our schedule. I used to rent from U-Haul 5 to 10 times a year but probably won't rent from them again.

Wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time and put me behind schedule. Customer service could not assist. Unreliable online appointment setting

Wendy RichardsonI reserved 12 moving blankets. They had 5, but 2 were soaked because they were kept outdoors in the rain. So I took three. But I didn't realize that one was still damp enough to ruin a beautiful, old family bookshelf when I used it to wrap it up for only about 4 hours. The woman told me I could go to any Uhaul and they would give me the remaining 9 blankets. Helpful information. But then my local Uhaul place didn't have ANY blankets. So I paid for 12, got 2 dry ones and 1 wet one which left stains on my fancy bookshelf.

The location was also not very clean or very focused on making sure everything was the way it should be. Once the guy printed off my papers and then handed me the keys, he was done. No walk around check, not verification, no "how can I help you?" or anything.

Cathy BulianThe location was a Head Shop with a vast assortment of drug paraphernalia. I could have gotten past that if it hadn't taken more than an hour due to "computer" problems. If I had any other options, I would have walked out, but I flew up from to get my motorcycle and that was the only suitable trailer available. I will not use that location again.

DOUGLAS SMOLTICHYou could make sure that when a vehicle is reserved at a certain location that you don't allow someone who just happens to have that vehicle to keep it longer than they are supposed to; that way I wouldn't have to drive 40 miles to get a vehicle and 40 miles to get it home; you should have contingency plans in place to force someone to bring back their vehicle at the appointed time or pay a really high penalty fee; that way your customers wouldn't be inconvenienced just so you could make more money
