Location was excellent. But I return the truck earlier than what I signed up and did not agree with the mileage only have to do a trip of 5 miles so mi mileage should be 12 to 13 not 35 like I was charge , call U-Haul right there at the store and someone was supposed to call me and no one ever did and I was charge

Carlos LVery easy to find. Cell service great. Didn't know the U-Haul person wouldn't be there … you should let us know this. Had no problem with online return. We returned 2 days early. Still waiting for refund of those days and for less mileage used.
geraldine rThe availability of personnel is limited. Ensure you system doesn't go down again. I was unable to pick up my truck at the agreed upon time on Saturday June 17. This changed all of my arrangements for people necessary to complete our move. There should be a way to complete a rental even if your system goes down. I am sure it was expensive for Uhaul as a company.

KATHLEEN eFor starters the planned location didn't have the truck so I was rerouted to another town. This costed me time and money. Not only were this location an hour late opening, they couldn't get their computers to work and had to figure it out on their cell phones. I had movers I was paying hourly to assist me and they were to meet me at the storage unit at 9:30, assuming a 9 am pickup of the truck. They came in after 10 and I left about 10:30...cost me an hours work or $90 because they decided to sleep in.
michael bI was told that they are not employees of u haul and I had to remove the car dolly from my rv by myself and move it to a storage space.
Martin CMy car only has a round plug for trailer lights so I had to purchase an adaptor to pull the .trailer .

Tracey SVehicle was left and given to me dirty,full of red sand in box I had to sweep out prior to loading my funiture.Interior cab had red sand footprints in driver side but was typical use in my opinion.

Rodney DWe booked this rental 2 weeks in advance in Cape Coral. The day before we were to pick up the trailer we get an email advising us that the pick up location was 2 hours away from us. We wasted an entire day and 4 hours worth of gas to pick up a trailer that was supposed to be 10 minutes away. I will advise anyone to look for an alternative to Uhaul.

charles kOrdered 30 moving blankets and when we got there they said, we don't have any. No effort to try to get us some or help out. Same with moving dollies.
DEAN Dno one was able to help disconnect the trailer and if they did it would be a 30 dollar charge. The first place I tried returning the unit to could not accept trailer. I did not know this as I had already unloaded the trailer and then had to rehook up and go to the next place. I was not happy with the return of the trailer.

ROGER GI rent a Uhaul trhu the website and I was supposed to pick up my rental using a Mobile l check in, but it's horrible the experience thru this system. I was waiting for more than 18 min, To get the approval to get the truck ( which never happens. Then try to chat with the rep but never answer. I try to talk to a representative by phone and the waiting time to talk to a representative was 50 minutes . The only way to get the truck was cancel my rental and get inside the establishment and do all over again ( what a waste of time). If a had more time I will go with another company. And this is not the first time but for sure this will be the last time. NEVER AGAIN UHAUL.
JOHANNY MUhaul must have a knack for finding friendly, upbeat, accommodating people to work at their locations. The 2 people I interacted with at Rodney's were wonderful. Merci.
Stephen GI had to use Rodney's Marathon location as a replacement for the original drop-off location specified on my contract (USA Grocers Hwy 621 Lake Placid, FL) because I was turned away at that location, with the employee citing that they had no room so I would have to call U-Haul and have them help me. Not great service on the part of the original location! The final location, Rodney's Marathon, was wonderful. I will use them for all my local U-Haul needs in the future!

LAURA PThis was not my original drop off location. The place I had reserved was full of trucks. They sent me to this location and they told me they wouldn't take it. I threw the keys on the counter and said that I wasn't driving it anywhere else. They finally agreed to take it after I got upset. This is no way to run a business. Too many trucks sitting in South Florida and nobody picking them up. This is the second time I have had difficulty returning trucks in Lake Placid, Fl.
