I choose a location. It was accepted and then overnight it changed to Trojan on Baseline. My request was specific 8am pick up. The orig location accepted early p/u. Trojan did not confirm nor reject the time. When I arrived at 7:45 am the sign said they did not open until 9am. No emergency contact. I called the Uhaul on PFE GREAT!!! Service no issues
carrie cThe trailer was locked, and I had to find a U-Haul to get the lock removed, which took me about two hours from start to finish. That was a major problem for me.

Dale KI received the truck that was filthy inside and out. There was less then 1/4 of gas in the tank. as soon as left the rental location the low gas indicator light went on. I asked for gas credit from the owner of the U-haul franchise but was yelled at by an older male with a heavy indian accent. If he only was younger... stay away from this location and rent at reputable location.

Michael LAngel was very polite and courteous. When He asked if I had any issues with the truck I let him know the only issue I had was that I received it a little dirty , and that when I addressed the problem to the man at the pick up location and asked if they would clean it -he told that they do not clean the trucks. ?!? Anyways Angel said that they always clean their trucks. We don't know what the deal was with the man at the San Marcos location.

Gregg GThis location is the place to go for your U-Haul needs. Stay away from Chris at Autotek 8633 Antelope North RD Antelope, Ca 95843- not only did he harrass me to take a loaded trailer on my trip he then try to upgrade me even when I declined. He is rude and condescending. Save yourself the headache and hit to Roseville market.

SCOTT MTruck had less than 1/8th tank. Drove 4 miles and light went on. Arrived to get trucks and parked two inches apart and wanted to move myself. Blankets weren't in truck and layer to side. Had to drive back to get them. This is second time at this location and terrible both times

They communicate well over the phone. Awesome in person and make the pick up as well as the return process well above average. I really enjoy the warm, friendly and professionalism of this entire team!
