Offer advertised pricing, the truck I rented was the 15' truck It advertised a $29,99 deal, that was not an option at all on the web site for that size truck or any truck. This truck was $99 for 30 miles, I paid almost $200 for the truck

My reservation was not acknowledged. I use Uhaul because it is all that is available in our area. WE we have not been able to count on a reservation for the last several times we have used your company. The folks at the facility were excellent to deal with but something is lacking in the online reservation Department

Hunter PooserEmployees seemed to know little and just told me to leave it. Tried to check in online and there didn't seem to be any final step. Although there were other uhauls there, it felt pretty sketchy just leaving it on the side of the road at a lone gas station where nobody really knew anything other than, "just leave it."

They arrived 15 minutes after they were suppose to open I had to pay 400 extra dollars for the movers I was paying to move us because we were 3 hours late getting started because they messed up. Very unprofessional. Deserve all my money back for the rental.

Philips HarkinsWhen you open at 10 be there at or before time to open up and the truck smelled like a wet dog. They also put on the sheet that it had more gas in it than it actually had and when I turned it in I had to pay a penalty fee for that.

Leon SolomonI did not like having to drive all over looking for micro-fuses so the lights would work. I also had to use an adaptor I fortunately had in my truck because the one on the car hauler did not work.

It was not ready as the dolly and blankets were not on the truck, had fo wait for them and come to find out this location does not have furniture blankets. After being on hold with customer service i am still waiting on my credit for the blankets i did not get.
Kerry BarnettI've never had to pay so much for a UHaul and plus the $35 dollars in Gas I had to put in it.no way we used that much gas .we went from the pick up to Aragon and then 5 minutes to my storage.then back to the place we picked up. And he sd the $100 deposit was for them to get the mileage out of it .He never mentioned the $40 charge for the truck. I thought it was $19,95! Boy was I took through the wringer. It's bad enough I had to put my furniture in storage, and now I'm homeless, I live off a small SSDI income and that $35on gas and extra $20 on truck, and he laughed at me when I came in to pay for the second round of gas! I told him $15 he sd no it's $20 I sd it's $15 or I'm walking out the door and making a call to your boss..It wasn't funny to me sir..I just got screwed by you big time. Will definitely find someone else if I ever find a place to live!!

Kyle PorterThe location and drop box was quite difficult to find luckily the people were there to help, they usually aren't. But while they signed me in they apparently added extra charges of $45 I wasn't aware of and I have tried contacting by phone and email with no response.

Ursula LesterLocation was confusing. Phone call not answered. Calls to customer service ended on hold forever. If calls can't be answered in less than 3 minutes, you need more operators!! That's a company problem, not the drop off location.

I rode around and found a truck myself sut there till the place open, luckily that truck was available, the person that was super nice and check the truck out to me in no time, definitely recommend finding one-way trucks from renters, their way friendlier!
Regina ShumanThere were alot of issues with getting a rental after making reservations days before, I was sent to three different locations for a truck. Apparently when it comes to reservations, employees borrowing the trucks trumps reservations. I will probably find other truck companies to deal with in the future, ones that keep customer reservations.
