Rusty's attitude is short and blunt. He did not offer any comment or information unless I asked him. When I first called to inquire about a truck, he was a jerk. I don't usually complain about customer service, but he basically offered NO customer service!

The person that rented truck to me was not personable. Never showed me anything about the truck. Just handed me the keys and walked back inside.

None of the dollys or moving blankets I rented were on the truck.

Local car repair facility with no service staff. They were fine just a little slow on service. AC was out in my truck half the time from Dallas to Tyler and in the summer TX heat was not good.

I ordered a appliance dolly and the order said it would be there, however it wasn’t there and the guy at the counter was rude and acted like he didn’t even want to be there

Rusty's was great, I had a problem checking in after hours, and a u haul phone operator was kind, caring and walked me through checking out! Well done all around! Thank you! It's great when things all run smoothly, but even better when you have a question to receive caring help, thank you U Haul!

My experience with U-Haul was just fine ,I only have one complaint, the trailer that I pulled had a marker light out on the driver side that was the only thing that was wrong, thank you for all the good work that y'all do,MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU

Small office with no facilities and smoky. We were given no details about the rental or how to return it (gas, cleanliness etc).

Dispatched equipment that should have been marked out of service. Improper hooking of trailer safety chains. Rushing customer to be done and leave.

Had to jump start truck on pick up and then twice more before dropping off the next day. It also rained and the wipers were worn and half working. Very poor maintenance and vehicle body was beat up. Poor representation off uhaul.

The locations were okay but the billing was ridiculous was charged for being thirty minutes late and I called several day in advance about coming back late and was told usually an hour you are still good, NOT. O well Ryder here we come

Truck was filthy. Was pointed out at the rental pick up location, was told that was not their job to clean the equipment, was up to u haul.

I had a reservation for 7 am but wasn't able to pick up my truck until 8. And Mr. Rusty was very rude. Definitely won't use this location again.

Need to have person at rental locations maintenance and clean the vehicle instead of putting it on another paying costumer and having extra charges added onto their rental for such things.

It was fast, easy, and very affordable.

We was charged wrong for the mileage and daily rate !!! We Was charged 71$ a day and 1,09 a mile when originally online it showed 39,99 a day and 89 per mile !! It was the worst moving experience period !! I demand a refund now !!

The man was vey grumpy. I had ordered an appliance dolly and moving pads. He didn't tell us until after paying that he "didn't do that" (he did not charge, but they were items I needed and I would have gone to another location if I had known).

Super rude. Truck without a ramp. No appliance dolly although website said there was. Worst location ever.

dolly reserved for but not included in back of truck, forgot to confirm before driving away very attentive store owner, no line, no issues obtaining truck despite early morning weekend

I had reserved a furniture dolly as we had a huge king size bed to move. He didn't have a flat furniture dolly. That made our chore a nightmare from hell. BTW we were 2 women reduced to carrying a king mattress.

The owner of this facility was quite literally the rudest person. He was unhelpful and rude. It was as if I was bothering him while he sat behind his desk. I have never filled out one of these reviews, but I intend to never do any sort of business with him again and hope no other customers of uhaul have to deal with his poor attitude and customer service.
