They were very helpful when I was picking up the trailer. I had the wrong part, but the guy that worked there helped me figure out what I needed as well as hooked it up for me.

Denise BY'all say I had the trailer for 120 + days when I did not. The trailer was returned MONTHS ago. Y'all will do anything to rack up a bill and make money. I will NOT rent from U-Haul again. Try to charge me $5,000. Luckily I have photos dated and timed when it was dropped off. TRY AGAIN UAHUL - Very very disappointed.

Harold MHave a vehicle ready as it's supposed to be. That's the entire point of a reservation. Your staff have no clue what they are doing. I never got to notate my starting mileage, the gas gauge, or beginning photos because the lady changed my truck last second. I never got a copy of my contract. The truck has a braking issue and when you'd get around 12 mph it would aggressively decelerate. Worst experience ever. Probably will forego using U-Haul in the future.

Donald OWhen a company says the reservations are guaranteed they should be a customer should not have to drive 100 miles to different locations to get a truck and when a customer calls first and dealer says they have it and when i get there 10 min later its gone at each location very unprofessional and false advertising U - haul charges $5 gal of gas but what about my gas to get a U - haul truck when your dealers have me drive all over to get a truck
Kevin KWe were pretty familiar with Rutledge but drove right by where we were supposed to pick up the truck. There were no signs to show where the hardware store was located. It set back off the road and the trucks were hidden by a hill, so we didn't see them. There was a small sign showing about moving, did not say anything about U-haul being there. We had to turn around and driive back to find them.
Moses MI was billed for a hand cart that was never included the truck, when attempting to call the pickup location on the day of I received no answer, this move was completed over memorial day weekend meaning I could not get ahold of anyone to address the issue I simply had to move and the drop off location was also closed because of the holiday preventing me from discussing there either. I was charged an additional $112 with NO INVOICE provided indicating what the charges were fore.
KEVIN SI feel like someone should have come out and inspected the truck with me prior to me taking it. Also I had to ask about the toe button because I didn't know what that was for. Otherwise the people were friendly and the truck was clean. It was a nice ride.

Brian PThe truck was new and in great shape. It was clean except when we pulled out the ramp. It was muddy and dirty. A quick sweeping off and we were ready to load up!
JUDY NBe more careful when you check the fuel Gauge. I was charged extra for fuel, when in fact I filled the tank back to the 3/4 full mark as instructed.

KIM PThe Mass Movers, 3 men showed up, they were in such a hurry to get this job done because they were running late, that they didn't care if I put "glass" or "breakable" on the box or not, they just threw it in the truck. Now that I have unpacked. I am missing a box that held my blender, my food processor and 12 quarts of freshly made Bread and Butter pickles. I would never hire them again and will make it known to anyone who needs assistance moving.

DANIEL ZThe floor boards of the cab had something sticky spilled on them from the previous user. Also in the well below the console, the plastic bag the owners manual was in was stuck to the bottom of the well. The cargo area had candy rapper laying on the floor and it hadn't been swept out.

EDWARD SEverything was as you would expect with renting a U-Haul truck, with one exception. When I arrived to get the truck, the keys were in it and it was parked away from the others. The employees were talking amongst themselves about why did "he" park it there? Then they spoke to the owner via phone to ask where the keys were and they said that he informed them that the keys were in the truck. They retrieved the keys and had me sign some papers. They gave me the keys and I drove the truck to my home and parked it. The next morning, I drove the truck directly to an address to pick up a sofa. I then drove the truck to my home to drop off the sofa and then returned the truck. I was charged for 100 miles. I kept telling them that I DID NOT drive 100 miles! I even checked my entire route mileage on Google maps. It said that I only drove less than 80 miles. When I conveyed that to them, they said that you can't go by that because you might have taken a different route. I told them no. I had taken the route that I pulled up. I then reminded them that when I picked up the truck it wasn't with the others and that they had to call the owner for the keys and that I suspected someone there must have ran an errand in the truck because when I picked it up, it also did not have a full tank of gas. I told them that I filled the tank back to where it was when I got it. They insisted that no one had driven the truck and I owed for 100 miles. So I paid the bill because I wasn't going to argue. I'm not a disgruntled customer that goes around complaining. I was absolutely over charged and I will never use them again.
gerald bThe people are friendly here, but when we told them of the issues we had the only response we were given was "people really beat these things up". We were not offered any type of compensation for the time and money that we had to put in to fix a truck that we spent over a thousand dollars on renting and was not in proper condition when we received it.
Cierra SRented 2 trailers from this location, each trailer had a turn signal not working. Would have had to driven 65 to 70 miles out of the way to get repaired, so we pulled both trailers approx 650 miles without a turn signal! Not a safe way to put trailers out on the road!
don bI lined up a trailer two days in advance. I did this through the main number for U-Haul. Told her I wanted to pick it up Monday morning and bring it back Wednesday morning. Got the email and it was set up for one day. Called her back and she corrected it but change the location without telling me anything. I needed to pick it up at 8 a.m. on my way to Indiana. Got to the U-Haul Storage on 7500 Rutledge Pike Knoxville at 8 a.m. . They did not have my reservation. Told it was at 7500 Rutledge Pike in Rutledge which is 20 miles away. Called the main number to see if there was one nearby and while I was on the phone with him he cancelled the one in Rutledge. Then determined it was better to go to Rutledge so when I bring it back I wouldn't have to drive it for. He set it up for one day. Put me two and a half hours behind schedule so when I got to Indiana the person I was buying the car from left work drove home 50 miles to Illinois. Put me another hundred miles out of my way. Now that I know there is a U-Haul in Rutledge which is closer to my home I will now deal with them directly If Ever I need. I could say was a bad experience cuz the lady told me she was going to give me a free day and when I got to pick up the trailer they knew nothing about it. Apparently a later email came through and they accommodated the free day. Very messed up
GREGORY Loldest transport on the lot. Users behind the counter didn't know how to change anything requested, and I couldn't pick it up at the location I requested.
Barry DIt wasn't at the original location where I requested, and I had to pick the truck and transport up 45 minutes from my home. They didn't give me extra miles or time for my inconvenience. The original truck they tried to rent me didn't crank. They didn't know how to reprocess my rental to change the truck, and what should have taken me about 30 minutes to pickup the truck and transport, took over 2 hours.
