Staff super friendly and helpful. However, the facility itself was very run down. The ceiling in our unit was shedding white insulation on our storage bins. However, it was the only one in the size we needed. Our only other choice at this facility was a unit that you couldn't even back your car up to, as it was down a tight alley with a barrier across it.

Great place. I had to leave things there for a few years and everything was fine without me having to check on it. I paid the bill and the staff took care of the rest.

We moved our stuff to a better facility closer to our apartment. We asked for some rent refund once we paid in advance but moved out before a week into the month, but to no avail. After using uHaul numerous times with stellar results, this unit was below the standard we expected.
