Jackie DI had to get the truck from days inn location and the lady at days inn was very rude refused to let me get truck so i had to go through salem hardware. When i went and picked up the truck at days inn the lady did the online thing for me because i didnt understand it and i made sure the gas gauge was where it was when i finally got the truck almost an hour after i was suppose to get it

Corey DRented a tow to pull along my car and the passenger taillight went out half way on our 2000 mile trip. Everything else went smoothly and we got there safe and sound. Truck was ready for us on our pickup date with the tow already attached, which was nice if you are unfamiliar with the workings of which.
Klare HPut some jacks in the trailers. They can be picked up but there is also a risk on injury to older clients. Overall great experience. Was my first time and would no doubt do it again. U haul rep at location was awesome!

Rosa PI was charged for 2 or threw days that I did not have the truck. Holiday and the place was closed day after which .are my bank over drawn. This is ridiculous. Will never use u haul again.

RAMONA TFill-up tank and then make customer fill it back up. I according to miles traveled and gas put in ? full tank I got 1 mile per gallon. 15 miles and 11,2 gallons of gas!!!!

George NAt pickup I was told to leave the blankets in the trailer. Which we did. Never specified to fold the blankets, which we would have if known. Upon arrival to load up, the trailer had rocks and dirt inside we had to clean out before use. Ironically I was charged at the delivery for cleaning the trailer which ment fold blankets. So I did the real cleaning and the delivery nickel and dimmed me.
