Samuel KDifficult to get large trucks in and out. The truck was extremely dirty and the return process was a dealbreaker for me. Spending time taking pictures of the entire truck on return else be charged $20!?!? No thanks! Last time using Uhaul.

Kenneth SClean the cabin before every customer and have the tank filled up. It was on less than a quarter tank and warning came on about have 50 miles left right when I drove off the lot.
Noel MOnly complaint is that the tank was not full on pickup as I had been told it was. I only drove 54 miles and it took 12 gallons to re-fill. I can't imagine truck gets less than 5 miles a gallon. Other than that, had a good experience. Merci.

Clearra RHalf of the trailer lights don't work. No help there to hookup the 12ft heavy trailer to my truck. I had to ask another customer to help lifting it up to the hitch.

Jeff DThe only thing I don't agree with is paying an additional $.99/mile on top of the rental fee and putting what gas was used. I think it should be you either pay the $.99 per mile or you chose to put the gas back in but not both. Otherwise, booking and pick up / drop off were great!!

Jonathan DThe back of the truck was dirty. I was charged 22 for gas. The receipt shows 1/4 tank left in truck. I took a picture after I put gas in before I dropped it off that shows a little under 1/2 tank left in truck.
Austin Mwould have been helpful to pickup sooner by either opening sooner or provide 24 hour pickup
Steve FIf you still have the truck, the roll-up door could use some maintenance. I am a reasonably fit 66 year old, and it took way too much muscle to move the door up or down. But checkout and checkin process was easy.

Melissa MThe gentleman working the desk at pickup was the most welcoming and warm human! While waiting for him to finish with another customer I watched how helpful and friendly he was to the young man ahead of us. Working with him for this rental made a very stressful move so much easier just by being so kind. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever have the need again or know of someone looking for a truck I will most definitely be suggesting this location! I would come back just to have a conversation with this man because he was such an exemplary human! His job security should be indefinite! My only regret is forgetting his name (and that's only because my mind was 12 other places while checking out). Merci.

Jason GI had reserved a utility dolly but they did not reserve one for me and did not notify me beforehand that they had run out.
Christian SAttempted to drop of on Sunday. Site closed, on line did not have reservation. Waited on hold, then gave up. Left truck at site and came back the next day when open.

SUSAN JI'm not completely sure if it's U-Haul policy but the customer service person charged my card a total of four times. Twice on 11.10.22 one for 55,17 and then 71 and then twice again on 11.11.22 for those same amounts. If it is then that's alright but honestly she was not customer friendly and seem really unhappy with her job and didn't get up from her seat at all. I wasn't driving and handed me the keys and then said I don't know why I handed you anything. Sweetheart because I paid for it all. But truck was great and services provided.
