Prem GVeronica was the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about what availabilities there were. She was super helpful over the phone and in person she was outstanding. Veronica made the process go smoothly as I was on a time crunch. I am very happy that she was the person who help me because she made it overall great.

NOAH ODropped off at 10:00am. Nobody around and nobody answered the phone. Had to call Arizona location to find out what to do. They said drop it off out front and take a picture. Called the Pasco location numerous time with no return call. Eventually the next day got an email confirming receipt of trailer. Worried about the trailer being stolen, until received email.

RAMON VJust after starting out on our cross country trip we had a breakdown of your equipment one of the wheels came off the unit and left me stranded on the highway. It took quite awhile for roadside assistance to locate another Tow-Dolly for me which I had to unload the car I was towing and drive it to Boise I'd. in order to obtain another Dolly. This was a major inconvenience since I had to put gas in the unit I was towing and that caused me to tow greater weight than I had planned for. I believe I should be refunded some of the cost for the rental for the inconvenience.
Harry WThis drop off is in an unsafe area. During our after hours return, we had not one, but two, questionable individuals "hanging out" with backpacks at different times. Did not feel safe.

Levi GThe mileage allowed for my trip was absolutely ridiculous! I was allowed 396 miles from you and the trip was 431 miles. Then I had to drive another 60 miles to return the truck. I feel that you wanted to rip me off and I'm not happy about it at all. I will not recommend you to anyone I know.

Dylan SPlease provide the gateway code to access to the truck during off hour. I was not able to get the uhaul truck in time during the off hour for off hour pick up. The person on site didn't respond in time until an hour later. It was a very frustrating situation as I was helpless even the Uhaul support couldn't get hold of anyone for an emergency response POC. Secondly, I have reserved for furniture pads and furniture dolly were charged but didn't have them available when I pick up the truck. And the movers were already at my home waiting. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

RICHARD HNoah who did our trailer rental agreement and took our CASH. Basically lied and stole from us. He said if we pay with cash we will get the deposit back. U-Haul doesn't do that with cash. Have tried to reach the rental location and they don't answer.

Kim FThe truck was filthy and the woman had to clean it before I even got to look at it. The vehicle smelled overwhelmingly like Marijuana and was so bad that after I got home I mopped the entire inside back twice before I would even put my toolbox back there. I have used uHaul a lot over the years and this was probably the worst experience I have had. Returning the vehicle has become much of a show as well...I shouldn't have to be forced to photograph everything and asked 20 questions just to be allowed to turn in a key and truck. That's not the customers job...uhaul needs to hire more people obviously.
MARK LNicely kept facility as far as I could see, though parking when you pull up is a little vague as to where to go. The gentleman that checked me in was very courteous and helpful. My only concern has nothing to do with the facility, but the location is in a sketchy area, though near a main street. It seemed ok in the daytime and it is security gated, but outside of it, I would be very cautious after dark, as far as entry and exit.

ofa lThis location was great but uhaul overall is terrible. I had a terrible time with the other locations and the 800#. They screwed up my reservation and put the time of pu same as time as I was on phone instead of by close and did not tell me. Got there 30min after phone call and it was gone. Put in stress and panic. End up costing me more for mileage because had to go to next town and had to wait til next day. Then truck wasn't ready on time either. Waited another hour after reservation.
