david bI received email indicating I need to pickup from one location. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that my pick-up location is transferred to the new location. I need to go there and pickup truck from there. I went to other location and at other location I was told for the trolly I need to go back and pickup from there. How inconvenient that can be for any customer you can imagine. For returning the truck and equipment, I was required to go to two locations.

Jeannette CWhen I rented the vehicle there was someone else's name that came up under my phone number. I asked them to change it so that I wouldn't have an issues returning the vehicle. But they did not. I tried several times to return the vehicle via the app/website but couldn't to no avail. I took pictures and dropped the key like the customer rep suggested. I received an email with my receipt this morning and was charged an addition $350 dollars, because someone made a mistake. It had not be rectified because there's no on site manager. I will never use Uhaul again. This site had bad customer service all around.

Marcus FMaybe check and lock all the backs of the trucks when they come in and have an employee unlock the and recheck the back of the trucks when they are issued to customers. (Homeless were staying in a couple of the trucks at this location so they were gross on the inside.)

Valerie TBetter and professional customer service This is my third time renting a uhaul truck in the last couple months this the worst time ,from the time I pick up the equipment to the time I dropped off .. problem with the truck , customer service very poor and lier Andrea her name …Poor Poor Poor Service , I dropped off the truck on Nov 07 by 11:00 am I handle the keys to the location Chevron Green Valley. I received a phone call from uhaul same day in the afternoon reminder to drop off the truck. I confirm with the lady the truck already dropped off that morning, the truck didn't check into the system until the next day at 9:03 am when I looked at the receipt they changed me $55 for clean up the truck and posted picture with my receipt . Was debris don't know how appears on the truck if wasn't from me , y return the truck with 50 %fuel they marked down the gas I/4 ,, when I call to ask about the debris and the gas and the truck they didn't check into the system until one day later Andrea went off on me on the phone she's was saying she spent the night in the hospital didn't have a chance to check in ,,the truck in the system, what I don't believe this is the case , according to the miles even I'm with the miles allowed, I believe somebody use the truck for that extra day before check in to the system , and I got charged for cleanup. Steed FI originally reserved a appliance dolly from UHAUL down the street. When I arrived for it, they told me they didn't have it. They then called around for one nearby. They sent me to security storage. All worked out.

Gerardo OThe employee never walked the truck with me, no explanation of the trucks components or or documentation of existing damage. The truck was in horrible condition. There was a cracked windshield, and the truck had clearly been smoked in and had ash all over the interior of the cab. The windshield was covered in bird droppings and dirt so bad that I had to wash the windshield and side mirrors so I could safely see. The headlights need to be replaced as they are either out of balance or in need of replacement. The interior of the storage compartment was very dirty and I was able to sweep out 2 large dustpans of debris.
Dennis DBe consistent, I put gas in it and everything and you guys charged me a dollar a mile. I was exact on my mileage and you guys charge me an extra $15.

Regie DFirst the uhaul was good not gana say nada bad bout it I rented a dolly to but didn't get it wen I left from the s Public storege but this is a good thing cuz I no we went over the miles they gaved use but didn't charge mi nothing u ask y ok cuz I clean an mopped an sweet the back of the uhaul an clean the the sides with a rag an put a little more gas wat it had cleaned the front the seats picked up trash that was in there an that's y I think they did not charge me nothing wen I droped it off so I suggest u do the same an u will be good an they won't charge u for going over miles. An last thing that ull look good with them next time u rent one ill still give them a 5 thanks alot peace ✌️
