Truck had no cruise control USB port, the check engine light came on, and the gear shift was wonky loose. Last U-Haul we rented back in July the AC went out. After being charged and additional $114 for mileage ($1 per mile) on a trip and price that was already set. Last time we were charged $87 for gas on a tank that was only half full when we got it. I will NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN.

This comment is not on the location, but on U-Haul itself. I had requested to drop the truck off at this location. However, your system, or AI, decided to change the location to a place that was 17 miles further away. I had to call U-Haul and wait about 20 min on hold to have a person change the location back to the one I requested, or I risked being charged additional fees. This was very frustrating.
