ROBIN K | Expérience généraleI actually moved out on 5-30-21, not 5-31-21 but this is irrelevant. My only problem was that a rodent or rodents found their way into my storage unit. It or they chewed, peed and pooped all over most of my stored items making it necessary to repair and have everything professionally cleaned when I returned to my home in Montana. If there is a way to keep these little (place expletive word here) out of the units, this may not happen to anyone else in the future. I wish to thank Cheryl for her polite and businesslike manner. If in the future should I ever need to use a storage unit in El Dorado Springs, MO, I will definitely use Serenity Storage! Merci.

At one point I needed help loading a piece of furniture, and even though they didn't have to, the part time gentleman came to my aid without hesitation. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of this storage facility.
DESIREE R | Expérience généraleThe unit is clean and large enough. This one is fenced in and gated. A little way from town but next to highway. There seem to be no water Marks and is higher than the surrounding area. Overall good
