I requested the U-haul to be at another location, month in advanced and still had to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick this one up. I was not happy.

The instructions tells you to not block building or other areas. But the limited spaces and multiple others dropping off had no other choices during weekend.

The Uhaul truck battery was dead so after driving out 15 minutes with the truck loaded we filled up on gas & then couldn't restart the truck. However, the service to get a new battery was fairly quick & so easy! I am grateful to the phone rep & tech that cane out. If you rent at Pulaski make sure you have a full battery charge.

Owner was smoking in the public lobby areas of the business. I haven't had to deal with 2nd hand smoke from a business in over 20 yrs.

No issues with return of trailer, Shaffer’s Muffler was quick and efficient.
Dropped off after hours, your website is horrible to do this so we were unable to check it in ourselves. The website was difficult through the whole process

This was a well used trailer, however, the shop had it well maintained also. My 450 mile trip was uneventful sans the Nashville traffic patterns, which were horrible.
