Jessica McGloryThey tried to scam me with the mileage I drove they tried to say I drove 168 miles when I drove only about 20 miles total I only went downtown and to my home. I was accused of driving to Toledo. I will be filing a fraud complaint with the state of Michigan Dana Nessel will handle. He is too old to comprehend your IPhone tracks your every move. So don't ever rent anything from this place.
Kimberly CantyYour online checkin experience needs work. You should pre-validate a person for pickup when they reserve instead of dropping the surprise on them while they're standing in the cold and snow and then have them stand there for 10 minutes waiting for approval.

I had to reschedule the pickup for when the location was open and the owners were very helpful. Also it would be helpful to put an ice/snow scrapper in the truck in the winter.

Wanda Chaverstruck was 2 gallons low on coolant truck didn't drive well. The average rating is because like 95 % of uhaul locations in southeast michigan the equipment is in fair to poor condition the employees don't care, nobody has any clue what's going on and that's someone else's job is the answer you get.
JEREMY ROBERT AUMAN- I paid for 24 moving blankets but there was only one bag of 6 blankets in the truck, I saw the bag so I thought they're all in there and didn't dispute that during pick-up - I couldn't pick up the truck through the website and had to call customer service and install the app - drop off instructions were confusing, I was expecting to take pictures of the dash, but it just told me to drop off the key, I called customer service and was told that there was an error in the website and that's why I got those instructions. I think the instructions could be more clear about why I'm not asked to take pictures

Charles LyonsEverytime I rent from Shantinique's on Harper & McClellan I'm always being charged extra for something, when I know good & well the Uhaul rental is always clean & well maintained. I put the gas back where it's supposed to be at & don't go over my mileage. If I go through a regular Uhaul store I'm never over charged. When I use these off brand stores I get charged extra. This time around I'm not even being told why I'm getting charged extra, as I requested to be updated when I checked the rental in after hours. I never received an email or telephone call from them afterwards. When I got there to get my rental it wasn't even ready. They had to re-enter my info in the computer THREE TIMES to make my rental ready, & I'd already gone online the night before to reserve my rental. And they want to charge me extra?? No thank you. Not very professional at all.

Go to pickup the vehicle and was told I had to complete the entire process again for their records. The lady that waited on me says it won't accept my information. She repeated the entire process again. I told her I did all this online she said she could see that????????. So now the husband comes and erases everything and says we'll start over (3rd time). Then he says the system is down so he can't process my credit card. I did all this online why why why. The purpose of me doing all this online was so I would not have to spend this wasted hour doing this at the location SMH.
