tanya bProprietor admitted he had not even checked the vehicle from the previous renter. It was filthy. I had to clean it out before using it. Opaque process. Then, never even got the contract so I could know the mileage limits. I would have asked for options. Ended up costing me an extra $115. Completely unfair.

Ivy DReserved a utility trailer for $24.95. I declined their insurance and was still charged $8 for it. I called UHaul and inquired about the $37,45 on my receipt and was told it was only an authorization charge and it would be the regular price of $24.95. My final charge was $37,45 !

Gary HI am disabled. I have used THIS drop off LOCATION twice. The 1st time the store employee was able to get someone to HELP me. the 2nd time, the Uhaul employee drove up THEN LEFT After telling me where to park it. I HAD TO ASK OTHER customers to unhook for me.

Michelle hI ordered 4 dozen packing blankets. I had to personally go through all of the trucks on site and get blankets and fold them. After I could only find 3 dozen, I was given a plastic bag of blankets and told this was another dozen. When we opened them a couple days later, it was only six more.

Valin AHad a 7am appointment to pick up. Agent didn't show up until 8:45am. Charged me insurance when I declined it. Didn't get a receipt or any paperwork until many hours after the rental. All this after 2 cancellations for unavailable trailers.
David AOver charged.....I filled truck to the same level I received and requested a refund. I have photos of the gages and needed a phone# to forward and I getting no response. I will dispute on my CREDIT CARD that I tried to resolve this matter and no response. I'll never use UHAUL again. This is the 2nd time an over charged on billing was done and Had to ask for a REFUND.
sherry fNo attended to at the counter when I first arrived. The woman operating the gas station tried to give me the cell phone of the operator, it took me forever to get connected with him. He was out running errands and then eventually had to show up. Overall the transaction took way too long and the service felt inattentive

Sheronda HMy son fixed radiator hose and put coolant in truck Saturday. We were loaded up and rolling when it popped off again. We lost about 2hours of daylight as we were broke down. Being put on hold was the worst part.

lee wWas listed as a 24/7 pickup location but we were not able to pick up when we got there the business stated it opened at 8. There was no lockbox to retrieve a key. The gentleman stated we should've called ahead first. If it's confirmed why would we think we'd need to call?

Ann HBest thing you could do is not let this location or these people have anything to do with your product. It's a nasty junky location. The people who run the store barely speak English and are probably the rudest people I've ever met. They were absolutely no help. I had to find and get the product myself with a representative over the phone. She was AMAZING!
