The lady here is super nice and extremely helpful! It was my first time renting a truck and she made sure the entire experience was seamless! Would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Gerry SDon't know if this pertains to drop off location, but who I talked to at Uhaul told me I don't qualify for refund after we paid for extra days when we picked up. We ended up only needing truck overnight and returned after only one night.

patricia cThe customer service was wonderful but your corporate procedures and trailer were pure crap. The trailer leaked. The metal latches were so rusted it was hard to operate. I can't believe you gave me this piece of crap for a 1 000 mile trip.
