This is a good place and friendly people to help, as opposed to the rental place in Albuquerque.

Lynn MOnly problem was corporate who called and changed trucks. They honored the mileage rate but not the insurance rate. Plus shorted me 2 hours on my rental. It was supposed to be 24hrs.

Anthony DThe pick up/drop off location was excellent. Uhaul online was a pain, here's why. I ordered a 15' truck 2 weeks out. After the order the site advised I would be contacted if equipment was not available. Never received any contact via phone, text, or email. I wake up on the morning of my pick up and sign in to see my truck rental has been changed to a 10' truck. I had scheduled everything early in the morning before the location opened. I call the number to figure out what to do and am given a number to call at 7 am, when I am supposed to be picking up the truck. Call at 7 am and explain everything and am advised I got someone in Missouri, transferred and get someone else from another call location that can't help me. This happened two more times before I finally got someone that got me to the right person. Explain the whole thing again, I am advised that the location has a 15' truck but I have to wait till 9:30 to sign it out when the location opens. Now I am two hours behind schedule and have to call to push the schedule back. Come 9:30 back to the location and the check out process on line has not been set up by Uhaul. Go inside the location and the gentleman there was helpful, efficient and got me taken care of. As he was getting the keys for the unit he recognized the unit Uhaul had assigned had a blown tire on the the dually axel. The gentleman immediately got me another unit and got me on the road. The location personnel was awesome and I had no issues. Uhaul itself is what messed this rental up and thanks to the personnel at the location they fixed the situation as efficiently as possible.

Charles SWould it be possible to rent the ball hitch? I tow things fairly often - but I can imagine that many don't need to own a hitch.. Just a thought.

Humberto LThe automated system does not work if there is no INTERNET! The owner of the business offered no assistance and I, along with other U-haul renters, were on my phone with your customer service getting two of the rentals processed! The third party they up their hands and left! A 10 minute process took over an hour because we did not have access to the internet at the shipping store/laundry center! It sucked and it was extremely stressful!
VICTORIA HRude rude rude. I guess when your the only one in town you can be. I'm a 63 yo woman. At drop off I was told to leave it on the street. Never asked my name. I would have appreciated help. They were just rude as heck.

James PNo hassle truck drop off. About U-Haul customer service: +Very accommodating of mid-trip changes. +Low extra-day rate ($40) is A REAL ENDORSEMENT WINNER for us. Given our reality, it simply takes us three days to load and three days to unload the truck.
Jon BBusiness was closed by the time I got there (it was late); however, they did kindly process by drop-off/truck return the following day. Key drop box was easily visible. There was really no room for the large 26' truck I returned, but I found a sport to leave it in. I think the place is fine for smaller rentals, however.

Brian JI have used U-Haul and the pick up location MANY times in the past, NO MORE. The recent petty charges and then subsequent sur charge is FRUSTRATING beyond belief. I hope the additional fees and charges serve U-Haul well in the future… Great business strategy!!! Merci.

Raymundo GHard to know where to start. This was a bad experience from the start. I had to travel for 3+ hours to get the truck and trailer to my house. All in all about 4 hours I lost on loading day. Isn't that the purpose of a reservation? The person who called about non-fulfillment of reservation for the truck by UHaul was not very considerate (probably the nature of his job), the "discount" given was minimal to insulting - But Uhaul has me over a barrel because I needed the equipment. Poor compensation for poor planning on Your part. I was then charged 100 more dollars for not meeting the mileage parameters!!! Disgraceful!! The personnel lacked professionalism and training at the pick up location. I did not get to inspect or make notes about damage to the vehicle. The trailer car dolly was missing a light!! The truck contained a bunch of blankets from the last renter and was not swept out. No instructions were given about the operation of the vehicle. The truck has a transmission/cruise control issue!!! When the brake was applied during cruise control operation, the motor revved immediately and powerfully to maintain speed causing some very troubling times while traveling. This occurred throughout the trip; the engines just gunning itself for no apparent reason. It was a stressful situation. Very Dangerous for inexperienced drivers. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE THE NEXT RENTER GETS THIS PROBLEM/vehicle!!! OVERALL - I was inconvenienced, overcharged, and disappointed with the overall Uhaul equipment and service. Like 3/10...would not recommend.
RichardE RI rented a similar transport earlier this year and if I remember it correctly the rate was about $40 less expensive. Why the large increase? It appears to be much more than the current rate of inflation. Disappointing.
William Shave personnel be a little more friendly
Terri CI am a small women and they told me to leave my trailer on the street. I had to ask 2 strangers to help me unhook a huge trailer. Maybe help customers and employees should do their job.

Dan rI am suspicious about the gas gauge as I only went 7 miles and it took 6,9 gallons to fill the tank. I can't imagine the truck only gets 1 mpg really? It would be great to get a 20$ refund from you all as I know the tank was not full as stated.
