The unit it self was in good condition. There was something on the walls when I picked it up. Other wise super satisfied

I rented an auto transport, it's a small issue, but it could have been a major issue if I wouldn't have had tie downs of my own. The ratchet for the wheel tie down on the left side of the trailer didn't work. Dissatisfied about it. But made it work. I've had a 50/50 experience, I know it's a big corporation with many idiots renting stuff, but it could have been a major inconvenience had I not had my own tie down equipment.

Kathy Sthe person who helped me at this location was great. Hitch assembly (installed by U haul Regina) was very lower that trailer was hitting the road. The gentleman jacked the trailer full of stuff and re-arranged the assembly that lift up the trailer 2-3" up from the road. I also helped him but it was cold and he did went out of his way helping us. thanks for that
Shoaib MI had a reservation at a different location to pick up on a Saturday. They were not set up. So my reservation had to be switched to the other location and they were not open Saturday. I was charged for the extra day even though I had the trailer returned by Tuesday around 6pm. Uhaul decided to change my preferred drop off location without notification. And it was a crap show to say the least. A change in drop off location was notified to me and I had to call in. I was transferred 3 times before the change was able to be. Made. Grateful for that. But being over charged and no communication to itinerary changes. I am an unhappy customer. On top of that. If I didnt contact my original pick up point. I would have showed up to there location without a trailer and no way to pick one up for my trip. And would ultimately been left without a trailer. And more than likely charged.

Al JAgain, the problem isn't the pickup or drop off locations, it's the phone service not providing the equipment you reserved at or near the location you asked for
Alfred JIt's not the location am upset about its the fact that a another person booked the same 20ft box truck that I had already book and it knocked me out of the system. And the location couldn't help me they said I see you have the email saying it's booked and your contract number but we can not do anything please call booking in Winnipeg Manitoba. So I called them and waiting for an agent for 30 mins they told me there sorry but there's nothing they could do for me I said the person that booked my truck for a day after me is not taking it till Saturday I had it for Friday a day rental only. After going back and fourth they finally booked my truck again for the day I was standing there waiting to pick it up for. I wouldn't probably use uhaul for along time now am not happy with them at all. One more thing the agent said if we can't find a substitute place for you to get a truck then there's nothing more we can do for you sorry.

Karen HThey just didn't seem to know much. Originally had contacted weyburn who ended up booking this one for me as there's was spoken for. Their credit/debit machine wasn't working so Had to use an actual credit card not visa debit. It took them 2 days to return it as they couldn't do mileage and it was close to an hour to pick it up in store.

Barry EStill have not received my $60 rental deposit back and it's been 7 MONTHS. I was first told it'd be mailed out to me, I've called multiple times to talk to someone about this and there has been NO resolution. I know $60 isn't the end of the world but I don't get why this is so hard to get back?? It's annoying and has pissed me off because you spend hours on hold and being transferred to talk to someone who ultimately doesn't even help you. At this point I feel my whole payment should be refunded with the amount of time wasted on the phone getting no where

Aaron LMade a reservation for a rental 10 days in advance, was told that I would be contacted for confirmation on my reservation; was never contacted. Checked my reservation to find out that they were only able to provide a smaller vehicle. Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to correct the mess. Received a response of this happens all the time. Solutions suggested that it was my problem and I should rebook or look elsewhere. Added a ton of stress to the moving process that I did not need. Essentially if I had never got a gut feeling to check on my reservation, I would have been in a real disaster the following day which was moving day.
JEFF KTruck was not clean, and not ready at my arrival. Cracks in windshield and damage on rear door not noted. Fluid levels were good, the truck was is good working order and performed well.
WILLIAM SPerson at front desk was very dismissive and said the location was closed and that the u haul side of the business was a cash only facility

herald sI was informed 3 hrs prior to pick up that my 20 feet truck is not available despite getting a call a day before of its availability. There was 20 feet truck available but was given to another customer even though I booked a month ago. When i objected manager of that location mentioned that it's first come first serve and he further mentions that another customer are driving from Brandon to estevan to get equipment. This does not seems like valid reason. I got a call from Winnipeg office a day before that they will have my equipment ready. The manager at estevan location was very unprofessional and his reasoning was unbelievable.

Rick MI found the drop off process via my cell phone to be amazing. It was easy to follow, added all my necessary pictures and dropped off the key. It was a seamless process.
Lisa WIt took over an hour to get my 4x8 trailer that I pre booked, prepaid with visa and checked in with the mobile check in. After we unloaded my daughters stuff we started noticing small grease marks on a lot of her stuff.
B BHave the truck there when promised. Have the truck maintained (was provided way low on oil and antifreeze). Suggest that trucks going on 2 500 mile trips have cruise control.
Curtis WWe waited for an hour and a half. Our truck wasn't clean or ready. Apparently had drug paraphernalia in it. So they gave us another truck. I replaced the gas, the driver was someone other than myself and took off with the truck before I could even use it. Used it, I'm assuming for whatever he needed, returned it late, etc. I absolutely am not paying the extra charges!Due to you guys not having it ready for 9am, i was too late to use it for what I needed. We never left the lot until 2 hours later after arriving!

Scott SMake sure that the online booking system works. Had to drive all the way to Humbolt from Saskatoon in a snow storm because the system messed up my order that I placed in Saskatoon. Been waiting for a month on my deposit, still no deposit after two calls already.
Stephan ETrailer right signal would not always work. The truck Tires were terrible on any kind of snow and ice I don't understand why in winter on a rear wheel drive unit it wouldn't have more safer tires suited for winter
Andrew DThe staff at Sholter & Horsman Furniture where not very accommodating. When I came to pick up the trailer one offered to assist me with moving the trailer as I had to do so by hand since the trailer I reserved was parked in a huge muddy puddle directly behind another trailer. I came to pick up the trailer at the reserved time, yet the trailer was not readily available. Also since no one was able to assist me, I was unable to test the lighting system on the trailer; I later discovered that the passenger signal light did not work.

Eslimansh MExtreme difficulty processing drop off of van. Again computer program not user friendly. They were aware of a scheduled drop off, but missed my correct name and began trying to put my info on someone elses booking. Once realized mistake could not find my booking in computer so had to phone supervisor for help. When booking put into computer pickup location this lication was put in as drop off and when we had to have it in by. Seems we were not in the system at all. Took well over 30 min. to process dropoff. Finally after second phone call with someone at uhaul help line they were able to print off final paperwork and we were on our way.
