Very helpful and efficient

STEVEN SI reserved the dolly and moving blankets, and nothing was in the truck when I picked it up. Other than that, and the spotty cell service in that area picking it up and returning it was easy just took a few minutes with all the steps required. Overall, though for the price and convivence of the truck made for a quick and easier move!

Website did not work during checking, and when trying to drop off the trailer, the app and website would not let me go past the photo upload step. After closing and restarting my reservation was no longer in my account and I couldn't restart the process.

Robert KThe truck left side of bumper, damaged interior dome light damaged marks on both side of the truck scratches. Too much play in the steering wheel. Brakes work fine inside a truck was clean but truck needs a little work mechanically done to it. Service was great. Chris was awesome but like I said Truck has to go in for service.

kevin cThe trailer was not properly attached to my car. When I mentioned that the trailer seemed low the man told me it was because I was on mud. He told me I could have someone flip the hitch over to raise it. I left with the chains and wires dragging on the ground making sparks. Thank God my son came over and set it up properly. Had he not I would have been in danger while traveling.
