It was a drop off here but the place was well taken care of outside. The app though completely failed which was disappointing. Even though I had plenty of cell the app had constant loading issues. Finally gave up on the app and just dropped off the keys and called them when they opened.

Michael GWhen I received the box truck it was EXTREMELY dusty/dirty. I thought nothing of it. I covered the inside with tarps to avoid getting as much dust/dirt on my items loaded as I possibly could...Since there is NO statements in the contract that says I am responsible for cleaning it better than it was rented to me, I didn't. The fact that a lot of dirt got all over everything I put in the truck clearly showed to me that a lot of the dirt in the truck was removed by ending up on my belongings...When I returned the truck at 7:59am the gentleman that checked it a few minutes later called me a liar when I said it was less dirty than when I received it....NOT TRUE! He called me a liar and said he was charging me to clean it. Thean who rented to me was a perfect gentleman... regardless, this is the 3rd time in the last 5yrs I rented a U-haul & each time there's been some sort of issue that I DID NOT cause. I will never recommend this Quincy site or the Susanville site for your U-haul rental purposes.

Don DExact description of equipment. Ordered a truck specifically for the use of it's ramp. 10 ft trucks do not have ramps. Holiday weekend, there was no way to upgrade to a larger truck via keydrop. Truck share website was difficult, and unclear. State beforehand that location must be turned on in precheck. Over paid mileage, as serial number sticker obstructed the view of odometer

Windi LGreat experience, helpful staff. I saved a lot of time at the store counter: I confirmed my tow vehicle and acknowledged all the paperwork through the U-Haul website in advance of going in to pick up the trailer; the website let me scan my driver's license and submit it in advance too.

I would have taken the tow dolly down to Chico to drop it off, only it would have been on Monday and not - Friday, where I dropped it off in Quincy, Ca. I got an email requesting that I drop it off in Chico, Ca.
