Linda LContract given at time of rental had a different drop off location than the app when trying to perform the truck rental return on my phone. Tried chatting customer service and was told I had to drop off at this location, even through I sent a screenshot of the printed contract drop off location I was currently at. Had to drive all the way across town, wasting gas and barely made it in time to avoid an extra day charge. Rediculous.

Made reservations for a Modesto pick up/return was forced to pick up/ return to Ceres Ca.! Tried to return at local Uhaul but was told it would be over $100 more!! Uhaul should change its name to WeSuck!! Never Again!!

rebecca dThe new manager was lies to me! I wanted to rent trailer for 2 days but he didn't have in KANSAS AVE I asked him if he can reserve some where else for me? He reserved the on at Kinser CERES for me but he only reserved for 6 hours only! When I saw receipt he hand to me then I asked him that I wanted to rent 2 days not 6 hours! He said ok they will rent you for todays. I'm not to confident the way he told me! So, I went to the place lady told me it's good thing that I stopped by to change reservations otherwise someone else will take it! He seems to be either lazy or don't care

joey vThis store was great, prob my best experience out of a couple dozen Uhaul rentals over the years.
jerry wThe customer service is unbelievably bad. I had a two hour wait not because it was busy but because of ineptitude, where twenty minutes were spent alone in the office because the three employees were taking care of other customers that came after me. I was informed my rental was shown as out in the system even though I confirmed twice it was available and was literally parked right there then I was told the system needs to update and to wait fifteen minutes. When another employee came half an hour later and told me the first employee didn't even have access to change the system. The terrible employee could have directed me to another location and saved me the two hours. She then proceeded to yell "go to uhaul.com" at another person who was understandably frustrated from having to drive between uhaul locations and still not being helped. Another customer received a muddy truck. The employee never tried to solve any problems but blamed everyone and everything else. When another employee, TinaMarie, the only one who knows what's she's doing because she hand walks the other two employees while helping customers, was able to calmly and efficiently solve the customer's and my problems. It was an absolute shit show and you can't even call them directly because their number goes to a central hub and the central people have to inefficiently relay messages and say they will call back but they never did.
