Destination LPlease don't change my pickup location right at scheduled pick up time. Please allow me to drop off at my original pick up location when you change the location. Uhaul cost me a couple hours of extra time yesterday.

Henry RMy original Reservation was with West Valley Movers in Tracy, CA, for 9:00am, which was the time listed on Google maps as their opening time. When I arrived to pick up the motorcycle trailer, a sign on the door said their hours had changed and they didn't open till 2:00. I was suprised and angry, because I needed to drive up to Tahoe to pick up my son and his Harley, which was having some mechanical difficulties. I was also doing some work at the property we have in Tahoe. It needed to be an up and back trip, so I didn't have time to wait around for them. Luckily, a trailer was available at Silver Chase and the gentleman working there was awesome. Got me in and out quickly so I was just a little late getting to my destination and was able to accomplish everything I needed to to get back home that same day. It would have been nice when I made the original reservation, if someone could have let me know 9:00am want going to work. And, who starts their day mid afternoon? It shouldn't cost an extra day just to be able to deal with stuff in the morning. Had I waited, I would have had to either work all night, or pay for an extra day. Super frustrating!!

aman sThe air conditioner didn't work. It was the worst experience I've had driving a U-Haul truck. The truck drove very rough on the fwy as well.

Minsheng LIs not reccomended to our family and friends because the price are going up and the facility ate old and lots of moss filty outdoor roll up storages and the new manager's customers treat is below unprofessional from others competitor's and pricing. And I was a customer since year 2000 and after for how many years no appreciation at all.
CLAY G | Expérience généraleThe only thing that I wasn't told about before taking possession of the truck …that I needed to take pictures and check in before leaving it made checking out difficult. The other thing is that when I went to take a picture of the mileage odometer from your app my camera wouldn't come on so I had to take the pic then retrieve it from my picture gallery. I humbled thru it somehow and I hope all is well on your end.

Ronda HWell, first of all the office should be sanitized because there was trash everywhere. Also, the system they were using was outdated and was crashing so we waited an extra 20 minutes to receive the truck. Before returning the truck, I filled the gas tank back to where it was given to me which was a quarter of a tank. When I received the receipt a day later I was charged a "fuel service fee" and for 6 gallons of gas. This is ridiculous and I am going to rent from somewhere else next time because they ripped me off.

Mark RCompelled the client to pay excess fee which was not discussed and disclose to customer before starting the trip. Also forced to agree with terms of contract when customer has not even signed the contract to agree the term. Customer was compelled to pay $24 for fuel and $3 for extra miles when miles was unlimited and there was no requirement of fuel. Customer seemed to be bullied and forced to pay excess amount to settle the transaction for future rentals.

CHERYL SAvoid using the express checkout through the app. It's a great and convenient option IF it worked correctly. I originally reserved a 10' truck that I was scheduled to pick up after hours and, of course, the app was not working for me to get the lock box combination. The number on the app also had a ridiculous wait time. I tried to return the following morning to get my truck but was told that the system cancelled my order and the truck was given to the next person. So I was forced to get a smaller rental which ended up requiring me to make multiple trips to move all my things on top of having to drive the 20 miles 2x just to get the rental. In short, call, rent, and pickup your truck in person during business hours.

Margery TThe ramp does pull out but it is extremely hard to connect the ramp to the truck floor. We were not able to secure the ramp properly which caused us to have a delay in returning the truck. We had to move a two story home and storage and the ramp was very necessary and we couldn't use it in a safe manner due to is not being secured properly.
