it was great, easy. Trailer was hooked up to my truck. Worked well, brakes were nice. Easy drop off and check out.

The CLOCK in the truck was wrong. I don't understand why it didn't update to the correct time---it's all electronic! So I was very tired in the evening and I thought it was an hour earlier, but the clock was set an hour early. This is a great service and the truck drove very well and had plenty of space for all my stuff.
R SThe "Return Mileage" was incorrect on my emailed receipt. The ending mileage was 3073, not 3093. I will never use U-Haul again.

Joseph PSouth County Trailers were terrific. Highly recommend. However, the corporate 800 number was far too rigid in terms of keeping to a script and in trying to close a deal immediately. Sometimes a caller just wants info and a quick answer as to rates and availability.
Bill SJeremy said he had to sweep out the back of the 15 ft truck i don't believe him!!!!!!!!!!!! i had asked about a friend moving to TAMPA 1581 MILES away at the end of June this year. the cost was $3070 i told her to cancel because u have a guy trying to make more then he should. he charged me $25 bucks extra to sweep out truck that was not even dirty also your regional manager took the call from Jeremy & was a little rude! this is NOT about money for me but u need to speak to Mr. Attitude JERMEY also the truck i rented had a exhaust problum & power problem i didnt complain about i wish i had!!!! i will never will do bis with u-haul again if you dont take off the $25 cleaning fee!
