Location is difficult to find. It is not actually on Western Avenue, but half a block down 87th. No one was present. No email confirmation that the system acknowledged that the equipment was returned and App completed. Neighborhood was okay, but building looked dilapidated. No signage of "Park returned equipment here" or any type of idea if the location was acceptable.

No one was available for the return. The number provided went to VM on at least ten attempts. The neighboring business just told me to leave the trailer. No receipt, no confirmation.

It was easy to drop off the trailer on the weekend and submit it through my phone once we were done with it. The location was easy to find and directions were clear.

First of all they added Insurance to a claim that I didn't need insurance on or a rental whatever had to call back four times to get it corrected cost me a lot of time and money and I'm still not satisfied with the outcomeb

Perhaps if your business hours are 10 AM to 330, be open at 10 AM. Showed up at noon and no one was there. Had no one to help unload a trailer or tell us where to put the truck and trailer. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would've rather driven an extra 30 minutes and paid $60 in gas for that truck for the otherU-Haul down the road

Have items on hand that the website says you have. It cost me 1,5 hours of my day to chase down the missing equipment from other locations. (It may be the corporate office's fault, or this location…not sure). Staff wasn't rude, but not that friendly either. Seemed put out by me being there.

We requested and paid for an appliance dolly. Upon arrival, the facility did not have it for us. We got our money back but had to load a side-by-side refrigerator without it.

This was not my requested pick up location. Equipment was old and worn out. Smelled like Marijuana in the office. Office was cluttered with junk and filthy. Not a fan!!! Drop off location was good but I must have passed five UHaul locations while driving to Groveland Florida.

Made reservation for trailer and utility dolly. Got to dealer and no dolly available. Had to drive 15 miles to another Uhaul dealer to get one. If there is not equipment available at a dealer why do you allow it to be reserved?

There was never anyone there- the yard is littered with trash and disgusting filth. The only reason to use this place is that you can check the vehicles in via the app- which we LOVE!!!! This looks like a crack den- I would NEVER go there after dark!!

Location in office filthy and no seats for customer. Took truck back before time and someone was there but refused to check in truck and did it two days later. Had me leave key in mailbox while they sat in their car and watch me drop key off. The price they charged me was correct.

Homeless people live on on the property and around the U-Haul trailers. The office is dimly lit smells of weed and it's packed to the ceiling with motorcycle parts and car parts. I would never send female there by herself

Do a regular check on your tires before a client rents a box truck rental!!! I had 2 blowouts I thought an explosion happened! That was a lil before 7am and it's 12:30 now! I have had zero help from the management team for which I'm returning it to! I'm still stranded! I've called the uhaul I'm supposed to be returning it to and I got not much further!! Just another phone number with the same recording! To make matters worse I take a glance at the total of my bill it says $.89 per mile at 189 miles! I'm like dude can you please adjust my bill! I HAvnt even gone 20 miles! I've been stranded since I got in it! I'd had just ditched it by now but all my belongings and furniture is in the back of the 20 foot box truck! I'm wanting to complain to the correct top of command! I'm not getting service I know is fair! When I try to call the uhaul rental return in Okc the guy won't answer the dang phone! Nor text me back! Hello? You have a return client that's having a heat stroke nearly stranded !!! I had to use what money I had go get water dehydrated from being in the heat! I will NEVER be using uhaul again! I'll send a complaint everyday if I need to!!I have been on hold for another 40 minutes currently

Unfortunately, I arrived at this site after hours and was unable to interact with someone. Disconnecting was easy enough and there was plenty of room to drive in, manuver around and drop off the trailer. When I called the next morning I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and assured me that he saw the trailer and would be contacting U-Haul soon to inform them of it being there. I did receive the email shortly stating that the trailer had been checked in. No fuss, no muss and no hassles.

this place was very dirty and strong weed smell. the guy did not even asked me any questions just asked me for my ID and Credit Card and charged me for "safemove" without my permission or signature. I have also escalated and no one called me back. I am so upset with my whole experience. This is unacceptable.

Not sure who the owner was but I imagine it was the fellow slouching at his desk hidden away on the back room who was disinterested in helping me help him to get the trailer checked in... it seemed he was asking questions of me to be difficult rather than to get to my needs and check the trailer in. As for his apparent helper that was outside doing some sort of cleanup work around the Uhaul vehicles, he walked around me several times without acknowledgement as I took action to begin a self-guided check-in. Then it seemed he got involved with his cleanup work, I came to a stopping point and went over to him to ask for help, he continued with his work keeping his back to me as I patiently waited 5-10 feet from him for an agonizing 2-3 minutes. Approaching the three-minute mark I tried to make verbal contact but got no response. That's when I walked in to contact someone inside the building as mentioned above. After not receiving help from the person inside the building, I finished check-in by myself. As I was completing my check-in, the inside attendant approached and said "I wished you hadn't put it there." I was done and outta there.

The truck was not available on the time scheduled and the whole place was locked down and not open for business. We were on a time crunch anyway and so it made for a stressful day. When we came back later to get the truck the attendant was rude and acted like it was our fault that he was late.

The location is blocked by a chain across the entrance even though it is supposed to be 24 hour drop-off. I contacted the location the next day and they said, "It's ok to just leave the trailer on the road outside the chain." I did not feel comfortable doing that. When my husband dropped it off the next day he said that it was very shady and didn't feel comfortable for me to drop it off myself there alone.

Overall experience good. However, I take exception to be charged $5,7 for fuel, for a total of 4,6 miles. Acknowledging that it would have cost me more to drive and find a gas station to add fuel. But $5,7 is excessive for this distance. I have pics of actual fuel gauge, there is only the slightest of movement.

They charged me an extra $21 on gas that despite it being at the level required to bring it back. I took pictures of the fuel meter before and after. The representative was also rude as well.
