After dropping off vehicle a charge came through for additional mileage, which was fine. However, I was charged an additional $29 dollars for gasoline and I filled it back where it was suppose to be right before returning it at 5/8 tank which is what my rental agreement showed. Watch out for those extra charges and nothing you can do about it!

This location is advertised to open at 930am and it was unoccupied at that time. It looks abandoned.

50 % of the population is female, so I assume 50 %of your clients may be female. Those trailer tongues are extremely heavy. There needs to be a jack or something cabled there to unhook them.

Magic Dragon was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant, good attitude and hard working to please. I didn't know exactly what size trailer I needed yet when I got to the place to load the U-HAUL it was the exact size I needed. The large outdoor wooden chairs fit perfectly. Much Thankx to Magic Dragon!

Randy was just amazing. He not only made me feel special but did everything with his approach, his helping, and his sharing tips that it demonstrated he actually cared. It reminded me of my Dad. My father passed away so many years ago but I felt he was there that day as I not leaving that lot not knowing everything I needed to keep my family safe. Just amazing and thank you Randy!

Self drop off location. No attendant or facility just a drop box and parking space to leave the trailer next to the Mini Storage location.

This was a storage facility located in a very small town off the beaten path. Facilities were not very inviting, Had to contact the manager to arrange a time when he could open the gate and receive the trailer. Manager was, however, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was concerned when UHaul re-directed me to a location at 797 S Webster St, Spring Hill, KS 66083, which was 12 miles farther that my original reservation in Olathe KS. However, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Randy at the Spring Hill location, was phenomenal. He was patient, courteous, professional, offered and was very thorough in showing me how to connect and Auto Trailer, and provided extensive safety advice etc. I had no concerns when Randy told me the vehicle was ready for my 1 400 mile one-way trip. I had absolutely no problems, and when I had a question upon arriving in FL and I called Randy-he picked up right away and eagerly and clearly gave me the instructions I needed. I wish everyone who provides me with Customer Service is as competent, and provides the same caliber of truly exceptional service that Randy provided-he is the best Representative U-Haul has-you are fortunate to have him on your Team--Thanks very much!!

The owner was rude and very unhelpful! Also said he should charge me for being late and I was there before 4:15, which was my drop off time. He wasn't aware and didn't believe me. Wouldn't even help me get out of the gate. I had to ask local people who were inside their storage units to let me out! Will never use this man or location again.

It was a great experience with ease of transaction and walking out with us to the truck to get mirrors adjusted and reminders of operating the truck. Made my move flow smoothly and be stress free!

the gentleman that owns the self storage talked a lot of crap about U-Haul and how they automatically charge you for insurance and all that other stuff and he has asked if we want it and all this other stuff I really didn't care but it's unprofessional talk about somebody that employs your company ... check engine light on truck smelt like cat pee and would bounce going down the highway was a very rough drive from Gardner Kansas to Andover ended up getting to Andover late and was charged a whole day for being late picked up truck at 1230 pm and returned it at 1 pm and was charged by the drop off for a whole day for and 30 min missed drop off not a good experience would have been thier sooner but did not want to push equipment that was already running like crap used a full tank of gas going 170 miles when I picked up unit it had a half tank and said 181 till empty filled it up and was empty when I got to Andover had to fill it up to half . The tow haul was off the whole way. so the unit need major work will be going over the next one with a fine tooth comb and a computer to find out any issues

Randy was wonderful to work with. He called me at home about the missing moving pads, and then called again to make sure the refund was processed. We were returning the trailer at closing and Randy waited for us to arrive. Very please with the trailer rental. We would definitely recommend the Spring Hill location.

The trailer itself is in dire need of repair. We packed it correctly and drove recommended speeds; there was significant swaying and Texas to Kansas with a wobbly trailer was a stressful ride. Please conduct thorough reviews of equipment. This, combined with my previous experience (booked under my wife's credentials in July), will cause me to seek out alternatives to Uhaul in the future. Best of luck with your corporate policies.

The Uhaul associate (I believe his name was Gary) was extremely professional and nice. But the office was very cluttered and dirty which is why I docked it one star in my review. Some organization and clean up of that office would give it a nice fresh look.

Not try to cheat me out of $20 for gas. Remove the charge immediately!! The vehicle had 7/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I dropped it off with more than 7/8 of a tank. The person at this location checked it in after I left and said it had 3/4 of a tank and charged me $20.00. This was after I confirmed, and he said everything was good when I asked before I left. I made sure the vehicle had over 7/8 of a tank of gas. I am extremely insulted and this is very unscrupulous and underhanded on his part. I view this as an attack on my integrity and the situation needs to be remedied. If not, I will ensure my dissatisfaction with this location, and with uhaul in general is known on all social media platforms and I will not rent from uhaul in the future. Mr. Van Kam

The pick up process was organized and a good experience. The after hours drop off process needs work. I was told to simply back the trailer on to a driveway area off a busy street. At night, the driveway was not easily visible as there are no overhead lights and the street was not easy to stop to align the trailer for backing into the driveway properly and let me stress that there were no lights. I felt a little unsafe and to make matters worse, the trailer would not easily come off the hitch. Luckily I had a hammer with me to assist the process. The drop off process put a real damper on what was initially a good experience. Here is a suggestion, add more lights so the customer can see what he/she is doing and re-arrange the drop off point so the customer can simply drive up, unhook the trailer and drive off.

This pick-up location didn't seem to be offered when I reserved the trailer. It was much more convenient than my original selected location.

Extremely short hours of operation here. It would be nice if they could be open more than 3-4 hours a day so returns could be done in person. My rental truck had a couple issues that needed addressed for the next renter, but I had to leave it outside their gated facility with the key in an impersonal drop box. Fortunately the regional operator exhibited a more upbeat attitude and I'm hoping everything went alright with my return.

Please make it very clear what hitch requirements your trailers need! I did not see anywhere on my confirmation or the website about what size hitch to bring.

Have a cleaner facility without a barking dog and urine smell inside the office. I also had to travel 45 miles out of my way to pick up the truck. I understand maybe it was the closest truck available, but still way to far.

Experience was so-so. Vendor was nice but forgot I was coming and was almost an hour late. The "office" was not fastidious by a LONG shot and checking out took a long time 25 minutes or so.

We did the self-pick up deal. The gate code we were provided was expired and we were unable to retrieve our truck for about a half hour trying to get someone to come sort it out. Improvement idea would be to have the gate code checked/verified before distributing it to customers for use.

The return instructions were not 100 % clear. The signage in front of the main entrance gate indicates that returns should be left at the other gate. After discussing with the on-site assistant, this is not the case, the truck should be brought into the gate and left roughly where it was picked up. Also, the gate code was only shown once via the U-Haul app, and there was no way to look it up again later. The app should probably mention that this code will be needed more than once and won't be available later.

Rentals of storage units and a trailer went well for me at Spring Hill Mini Storage. i plan to be a future customer next Spring. Randy the manager was always helpful and is a great guy to do business

Reservation people screwed things up. It did get resolved, but what a pain when trying to move a family cross country, alone. Randy was absolutely fantastic!!
