CARL SVery friendly and helpful
Patricia BDid not have the 10 ft that we reserved but were given a 15 ft at the same rate. A bit overkill on that sized truck but we were stuck as I had an 8 ft China cabinet to transport from TN to SC. Bigger truck and I am SURE we used a lot more fuel on the trip than planned! I know SC has an over abundance of UHaul vehicles on hand and we paid a premium to rent this truck. Would have liked a discount or credit for the bigger sized truck. Overral a good experience with both dealers.

Not happy with U-Haul as a company- I was charged for picking up truck the night before at the close of business an extra fee , but returning it a day early you give Nothing back. I will be using another company for my next / final trip !

DEAN WI would like to begin these comments with a Shout Out to Heather at the Knoxville TN call center who bent over backwards making sure that my rental needs where going to be taken care. Spoke with her several times, including her calling me to offer me options to suite my needs. Thank you Heather!! The personal at the rental facility (Stocker Service Center) where very friendly and helpful. Truck and trailer were well maintained and exactly what I needed. I would definitely rent from this location again and would not hesitate to refer friends and family. Stocker Service Center is "Squared Away". Many thanks to them!!!

Tom CSo there were two drop off points in Dunlap. One closed at noon and the other was suppose to be open until 4 p.m. according to the internet. We got there a little after 1 p.m. Called the call center to see what to do. Put in for a call back (suppose to be within 10 min). An hour later get the call. My husband and I are old and we don't know about all this uploading pictures with the phone stuff. We were by ourselves and had a hard time figuring out everything. Uhaul really needs people to help the elderly with their check-in.
Timothy HI would make it mandatory that every truck have at least 1/2 tank of gas to start with.
