Just had poor customer service. Other than that everything is great .

GLENN JThey did have a roach problem in the unit that got into boxes. Though the property is free of litter for the most part, there was a trailer full of junk parked next to our unit for a while. The property is dated and could really use a power wash on all the unit doors and facade.

Stella C | Expérience généraleOur truck was not ready and caused us to be an hour behind schedule for a charity clothing drive we were participating in for Hurricane Victims. We showed up on time and because it was 4am and location was not open, ended up having to call support and hold for 15 minutes and after several attempts, the support help realized our location did not set up the pick up correctly to mobile pick up, even after they confirmed with me just 2 days prior. It was frustrating and very disappointing.

Nicholas T | Expérience généraleI have rented from Uhaul several times and signed up for mobile check in & check out. Staff was waiting in parking lot , did not greet me. She was very rude when checking me out and charged me for gas even though I received tank on half and returned it the same. I will NEVER rent from this location ever again. Customer service is important and their staff does not have an ounce of it.

However, you changed my reservation from 7am at a place that was seriously TWO BLOCKS from my house to place that was two towns over and 30 minutes away. I had movers scheduled it come and you changed this at the last minute. To make it worse, when I called the original place I was to rent from at 2936 St Claude Ave... the employee's were extremely rude to me. I think it's prett ridiculous that an official Uhaul site couldn't have gotten the truck to that location for me since I had a reservation?? It doesn't matter though because I will never use uhaul again after the way I was treated. Rude employees at St Claude location and changing a whole reservation at the last minute is unacceptable

MANUEL RMake sure the steering wheel is straight and aligned. It's sad when you have you drive with the steering wheel turned sideways just for the vehicle to track straight. Also the location of this business is wrong via GPS. Would not recommend using this location. Not sure if the vehicle manitence is UHaul or this particular location, but someone needs to do something about that as I could be a safety issue.

MICHAEL SA more knowledgeable person renting the equipment would be great. I did the pre-check in and paid for the truck in advance. The lady argued with me and said she had no record of it, that I'd need to pay her. I showed her my receipt, my bank account, everything. Right as she was going to re-swipe my card she saw I had nothing owed. That was very frustrating.

ERICA LVery unorganized. Lazy. After moving all day the lady wanted us to unhook the tow. This is something that should have been done by uhaul staff. We picked it up latched and therefore brought it back latched. She also expected us to clean the truck. The whole time she wanted us to do her job. She was holding her dog. I'm allergic to dogs. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Very unprofessional lazy environment. Not a good location. Wasn't even sure when the front door was located.

Cynthia VCommunication between UHaul and it's dealers are non existent! ! First the truck was not ordered by one dealer Second the truck was too small, which cost me more money. Third the dealer was not at business to receive truck, your agent set it up to be dropped off at 3, the dealer closed at 3. Now I have to spend money on another truck to go back and get the rest of my stuff. To top it all off I am a disabled veteran of the USMC and a widow so I am in so much pain I can hardly walk! I called your main number and expressed my concerns to be told I should file a complaint because they could not give me a discount on another truck. Cory Shaw 8507760456
CORY SNothing. Very nice and helpful. Convenient location for our move. Glad they were in the "neighborhood" instead of having to go all the way to New Orleans. Will definitely use them again and let others know as well.
