Owner went above and beyond to help with my reservation. The app caused an issue where I couldn't access the keys and the owner of this location was super professional in assisting me. Highly recommend this location
Taylor FBack door of truck was frozen shut. Took almost two hours before we could get it open. Customer service no help - offered to send roadside assistance and then put me on hold for 30 minutes. Had to play with position of key before I could put it in drive.

Tuhin GI was under impression that i will get vehicle with full tank up. However i have received less than a half tank. Now when i tank up it is very difficult for me to tank up to that point. So, i end up with paying extra on gas. Also, the mileage i noted was 2848.9. However there is no option to clock in mileage in decimal, hence i paid extra 0,9 on mileage. Because i end up with 2860.0.
