The woman who helped with the pickup and drop off was difficult to work with, unprofessional, and charged for extra items not initially selected on the rental. I hope to not ever encounter her again.

The guy at the front desk lied to me, he charged me for insurance without asking me. When I confronted him about it he said I would have to deal with it when I dropped it off which was another lie. Very dissapointing I was charged for something I did not want.

I had to ask the man to stop yelling at me. He was mad at me because upon pick up of the trailer (in CA) that I uploaded pictures to ensure I would not be charged for any scratches or marks on the trailer. He said "what the f* am I seeing as scratches in the dark a* picture. I started crying and asked him to stop yelling then he was rude the entire duration of checking the trailer. Horrible experience.

Tabitha was absolutely grrrrrreat over the phone. Her customer service was great. However, "the manager" the guy we spoke to on Saturday morning was not very personable. He was very direct & matter of fact and seemed quite lazy. We had to go back into the store to ask him to send the text message to confirm picking up the truck, then we noticed some scratches on the truck that was not including in the pictures. We go back into the store and it states, if it's not a busted tire or something like that it's fine. You're good to go! So we left! The other concern is the process of signing the truck back in was RIDICULOUS! It is too much information needed and it takes too long, which NOONE told us about. My overall experience for this Uhaul location, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, I rate it a (2) average as I selected in the 1st question. Your location needs lots of work.

I rented box truck , they said it had 7/8 tank of gas , it had only 3/4. I drove truck for 20 miles. And put gas back in it for 3/4 of tank . They charged me for 4 gallons of gas /20$. How can they charge me for 4 gallons when I put gas in back to where it was when I rented . And how can I use 4 more than 4 gallons to drive less than 20 miles. I expect a refund for my gas money . U haul is not very honest in my opinion

I talked to the location prior to arriving letting them know I was going to be a few minutes late due to horrible weather. When I arrived he said that I had ruined his day. He was very angry and rude and proceeded to charge me an additional $70 because I was 2 hours late even though he didn't need the truck.

The gentleman employee who represents this store is a miserable human. He was extremely rude!!! When my wife told me about how awful he was for the pick up, I thought that maybe he was just having a bad day… but when I went to drop off the truck, I witnessed first hand how big of a prick he was. This man should not be in front of customers.

The person who checked on the truck was efficient, but a dick. I would never use this location again. As a matter of fact we need a storage unit and I wouldn't even rent that from this location. The woman in The office was very nice and I wish we had dealt with her for the entire transaction.

While attending to me the manager decided that answering his cell phone and dealing with that caller was deserving of his attention rather than completing his interaction with me. What made him think his time was more valuable than mine.

We rented a trailer to move our daughters to an apartment in Johnson City TN. After unloading and loading all the items, we realized we could fit everything in the SUV. That was wanted to do because it had snowed and was icy. We did not want the SUV to bounce around, so we called to drop it off in TN. Customer service said we could not do that because this particular location owns this trailer so we had to bring it back. It does not say anywhere that this trailer MUST be returned where it was picked up. Will not use again because things happen but this should be made very clear when someone is picking up THEIR trailer.

The gentleman that checked me out was trying to put some previous scratches that on the truck on me until my wife pointed out the mark stickers next to the scratches. Which was nice! I did disputed them before I left the facility. And he was trying to convince me that I didn't.please stay away from this location.

This location Doesn't represents the decades of Positive experiences that I've had in my lifetime. Attitude of staff is unpleasant and dispirited and no matter how pleasant I was it was absolutely Un expectable attitude was horrible trying to get an answer from them Staff treat you like there doing you a favor to be there. I arrived early so they didn't have to stay past quitting time and in return they argue with you that you have to pay for an extra day because the typed in the time 15 minutes before scheduled time which is the second through the door not 25 minutes later when your finally done. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. UHaul Location that is.. U Haul is Tops just not at this LOCATION..

The return location was closed and I used the key dropbox. Went to return location the next day to get a receipt. The guy that was checking in the truck, seemed agitated and barked, "where are the other 6 furniture pads"…I had no idea how many were in the pack because we had movers loading the truck; I asked how many come in A pack, he said 6, and I told him we only received one pack. He was still irritated but said he had to message his GM. I said I would follow up which I did. The GM emailed me and he did refund the additional charge The return location was closed and I used the key dropbox. Went to return location the next day to get a receipt. I reserved online. The pickup took close to an hour, and the man was SO RUDE. He made me leave the office twice for various reasons, hassled me for every detail-purposely being an @$$ an holding me up for no apparent reason. I specifically reserved online for NO INSURANCE COVERAGE and found out yesterday he charged me $25 for it. I WANT A REFUND. I have never had such a horrible experience for something so simple. I called the 1800 line yesterday, waited over an hour for the call back only for the line to not have anyone on it. Tried to call back, and was told over an hour wait with no call back option....wth

The was an easy drop off facility but the male representative had no personality and gave very little information unless you asked. Meaning not even "Good Afternoon". It was as if we went in the office and bothered him that he had to work. We returned the trailer 3 days early. At the end of the process, he came out to check the trailer we returned, had us move it to a specific lane and he walked away without a single word or a grunt. I walked in the office a few minutes later and said "do you need to give me a receipt to show I returned the trailer?" He said "its all in email I have nothing for you!" It was just a rude reception over all. IAs walked out, I told him to have a good day and not a sound as I walked out the door from him. I would expect a friendly smile and a semi warm welcome instead of a man with a puss on this face. Otherwise, I was pleased with the equipment pickup and drop off locations.

I was treated in a rude and condescending manner by the person who processed my return. He was very short in his answers by saying things like "that is what I said" when I asked questions. The parking lot was shared with other businesses, so I was confused as to where t to park. He even scolded me for putting a set of keys for my lock onto the Uhaul keychain. He said that put into question whether or not the lock was my property or Uhaul's. It was clear to me that since I was not from South Carolina, I was not welcome. Shame on his people skills. I will be using PODS for the next phase of my move.

My reservation location was changed. The time was changed. I was only notified through email. No follow up. I fully checked in the night before. I called in the morning to confirm they wouldn't screw up my reservation. I said i had to go to the bank first from my location which was now 35 minutes away. Charlie said they had they trailer and that was fine. I got there an hour and 45 minutes after the new time they inconveniently rescheduled me for and Charlie immediately tells me he canceled my reservation. I had to sit and wait for him to register it again after i spent all that time doing it the day before and i had two kids under 5 waiting. Then he forced me to pay for insurance i didn't want or need. I challenged him 3x but he insisted it was mandatory on auto transports.

I reserved a truck and car dolly. At pick up I was advised that the car I was towing was not recommended for the car dolly but could be towed with the auto transport. This location did not have one. I had already had to travel an extra 60 miles due to not having a truck and dolly closer to my location. The clerk had to call her area manager. He was a jerk and rude. I then had to drive to a separate location to pick up the auto transport. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with UHaul
