Carol MOn September 30, 2023 I came in to reserve a truck to pick up later. Allison immediately started the paperwork and and had it done quickly. Came back later and she finished the paperwork and very kindly gave us the information we needed. We would definitely recommend your location to other people.

DIANA BEnsuring that equipment that was paid for was indeed included with the rent. From what I could see I was still charged for the dolly I did not receive. It was made worse by the fact that I had no choice but to go with the 24/7 option because the location nearest to me was closed on Tueaday specifically, meaning I couldn't enter to get said dolly.

Teresa MI ordered a truck in Madison AL where I live. The pickup location was changed 3 times and I had to pickup the truck in south Huntsville AL. This caused me to use extremely more miles and cost me a great deal more than it should have. Maybe your company can start adjusting the mileage based on the original pickup location.

Tenika MI wish the location had a larger variety of vehicles to rent. I had to rent a 26' truck when a 10' would have worked. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Edward WThe facility where I picked up was clean, offered a restroom, super nice staff. Uhaul website was the worst ever. SLOW, will not load on the phone. Couldn't find location on my phone. I recommend this location because staff is super helpful but I can't recommend Uhaul website because it's not customer friendly.

Miguel OI had a difficult time creating an account. It kept saying the session had expired. Finally was able to return online. I think it worked. Other than that, Teresa was excellent!

Dessie LRented an appliance dolly but location does not stock dollies? Online reservation system should be able to handle that so I don't have to start scrambling to find a dolly last minute.

Vicki Hupon returning, I placed the gas back to the desired location it was on when we started the vehicle. I was then notified that I was charged additionally stating that I did not place the vehicle back on 3/4 of a tank. I will not be recommending this location to anyone else.
Jenyia JIf a customer chooses to do Mobile pick up, do not change it to counter pickup. There is probably a reason they chose that option.

Neal RI have a video but the bed wasn't cleaned out and the transmission is really needing a look at. Hits real hard when going down to first and gets stuck going up. Wouldn't drive in tow/haul mode at all.
Tyler JI am finished with UHaul and will recommend to my friends and colleagues not to use you. I was misled during a difficult time of life by UHaul rep's, promises not delivered, inconvenienced, and never received my receipt which i need for records. Will have to spend more valuable time calling through the maze for a receipt. So sad for UHaul. You guys used to be the backbone in the US for personal moves.
