Concrete all over car. Could be cleaner. Did not have the trolley I needed it it that I had requested to lift and move my boxes. Denise was very helpful and so was Jason! You guys are awesome. Merci.

Gregory TThe mileage on the truck was listed falsely and I was charged for going over the allotted mileage. It was listed outgoing as 99**71 when it was actually 99**89.... I didn't think to check the paperwork since I have done business with Uhaul MANY times and it was always accurate. This location did not check the vehicle with me prior to departure and the truck was dirty and subsequently charged me for mileage driven by someone else.
Inesa Dfront desk lady was not very friendly.
griselle pThe truck itself had furniture pads left in the back from the previous customer. The truck was not swept out and there were old drinks stuffed behind the driver seat. Also, the oil light was on, and we were told that the maintenance person would need to look at that. The associate that worked with us to get us the truck was very helpful and patient.
Amber SGiving the exact amount of what one would charge not for the mileage, but for everything else. This was over my budget and I do not look forward to ever using Uhaul or this place again.

I would definitely use StoreRight to rent a Uhaul truck again and recommend them to everyone!

DAVID EThe vehicle gas level was not full when I dvised both of the ladies they noted oh i'll make a note of it in the morning im going home now. I then advised her that no I need it noted now so that your both aware so you wont try and charge me for fuel. none the less after asking her twice she cne out peeped in the truck from the sidewalk and said yeah I know its not full I was supposed to fix that this morning and totally forgot. I reminded her that this is a business and these things need t be documented being as thiugh you want customers to sign these documents stating the vehicle is filled with gasoline upon renteal. I jst didn't get a very good business experience and was charged twice for the rental phoned in and had to hold for 20 minutes as I listened to conversation from the office on the phone. wasn't very happy with this rental experience at all.
KIMOTHY MI don't know if it was the location but the 26' moving truck I rented was in terrible shape. Passenger door handle was broken on the outside. Seat console/arm rest was broken, but this was the little stuff. The motor almost stalled getting on the Highway and there was transmission trouble. But discovered this after I had paid a moving company to load it and I could not go pick up a new truck and unload then reload it myself. Very disappointed with U-Haul.
