Using online reservation system, I booked the 15 foot truck and 2 dozen blankets, but only got 1 dozen. The facility is hard to find, as it is in a blindside bend in the road. You need another sign across the road from the facility to "turn here for uhaul"

Paul was extremely customer friendly and helped me out of a huge jam after the extremely POOR customer service with the four U-haul representatives from corporate that I spoke to on the phone.

No improvements are needed to be honest. Jeanette is completely thorough and made the whole experience a breeze.

The back of the u haul was filthy. I had to sweep it out but it didnt come that clean. It ruined one of my rugs

U haul dealer scolded me like I was her child! A reservation in 9/23 for a 20ft truck was not honored and I got stuck with a 10ft truck so it took me longer to move so the uhaul dealer scolded me on 1/13/24 for not returning the truck on time. Mind you, uhaul was paid in full and was to blame for me not getting the correct size truck. This reservation for 1/13/24 she scolded me because I went over the estimated mileage and because my card was declined which was a bank error that was corrected the day after MLK. She called and left a message that morning 1/16 lecturing me on how the banks are open and I should have had my account fixed by now. I work overnights so I wasn't able to get the account fixed in person because my bank closed due to a snow storm so I had to handle everything by phone which took a couple of hours. I won't use that location ever again and I'll warn people that this uhaul dealer is unprofessional and way too comfortable in assuming it's ok to talk down to customers!

These folks went above and beyond in providing me with the level of service I would normally expect. They did everything in their power to ensure a positive outcome when at a time I thought all would be lost. I would highly recommend them above all the rest.

I reserved a 15 foot truck well in advance because I was moving. Uhaul switched locations on me because they claimed the other location would have my truck. This location was severa miles further from my home. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, the location told me to call uhaul because the truck hadn't shown up. Uhaul told me they could only give me a 10 foot truck which made my move a lot worse and a lot more expensive!!! I'm definitely not happy about that!!! The location kept calling me because I was late with the truck but that's not my fault! Had I gotten my 15 foot truck, it would've been back on time!
