It was after hours so did not meet Drlawsre, OH staff when trailer was returned.

CHIP DOWNSThere were no signs at all of where to park the truck. It was very cramped and unsuitable for the big 26' truck. There was also no phone number anywhere to call for help with after-hours drop-off.
Scott ListerI would recommend it if you are in the approximate area. Ron was very helpful, considerate, and gave us good service when we picked up and dropped off the truck. He answered all our questions when we called to rent our truck also.

Lori RileyThe location was closed for a week for vacation without warning therefore I was in about to return in person in attempted to return the uhaul via the app however the app was malfunctioning bi called uhaul to return by phone and talked with a very rude customer support person who informed me that he could not return the uhaul over the phone. I would not recommend working with uhaul in the future
Thomas KnerrMy phone data didn't work at this location. I had to drive into town to complete the online pick up but also had to be at the location to receive the truck. Also the lock box was incorrect on the pictures they sent. It was the black box on the pole, not the red one.

Wade BroadwaterI was sent to another location after I was already at my scheduled location at the scheduled time. It put me behind my move time by an hour. It's ridiculous that uhaul can't contact their customers until AFTER the reservation time. Never renting a uhaul again and will tell all my friends to avoid it. Sent me 2 different places and told me "well we can give you $50 back in 5 days" because they said I had to get a smaller truck. Pathetic

Patrick MacklinParking was terrible. In order to get to the rental truck I had to walk through a junk yard to get to it. This was a real hazard. On my return, which was in the evening, I fell over over a bunch of discarded tires. I couldn't see anything. There was no clear path from where I parked and picked up the keys to where the rental truck was located. With the fall, I cut my hand. Although its close to my home, I will not return nor recommend this dealership. Very disappointed!
Paul McCulloughFix this app. I spent 60 minutes trying to pick up my truck and verify my identity and I spent 90 minutes trying to drop it back off.

It was unable to locate us despite our location services being on and once that did decide to work we had further issues with the photographs being accepted. All in all it made the entire experience a bad one. I will certainly look for other means of moving in the future.

James FletcherThe UHAUL online system was down. It had nothing to do with the location. Keeping the system running properly so the location can run properly.
carol dimoffHonestly, this was smoother and way more cost effective than any other option. The last rental I did several years ago with brand B, was a PITA. I showed up, unlocked the key, and dropped off to the same point so pretty vanilla. I will say the cost is so much less than any other option and honestly, not having to deal with people was a nice way to do it. Just a quick key pickup and drop off in a lock box.

Jeffrey NobleThe box truck was parked in tall grass so I didn't realize there was something wrong until I got it on the road. Alignment was very off while driving and when we reached our first stop, I realized there was a flat tire. To make things more complicated, all the uhaul rental places were closed for the holiday weekend...which I don't understand, holiday was on Monday, we rented on Saturday....customer service was not able to dispatch a new truck, so instead we lost 3 hours waiting for someone to come change the tire. Once we were finally back on the road, the alignment was still terrible. Honestly this was my worst experience with uhaul. We lost a huge chunk of the day and all of our helpers had to be on standby while we tried to get things straightened out. Ended up not getting everything moved because of the time lost.

JONATHAN NYEIf you had a larger trailer, you'd have to back it in place. There are a lot of cars on the lot and no place to turn it around on property. The staff a was friendly and helpful.

I called later in the day to get it resolved, but got no answer and no call back. We got everything moved with this equipment, but I'm hoping I get a refund.

Vincent MarcheseI reserved the truck for pickup at a different location, and I wasn't told that I had to go to a different, less convenient location. This wasted a lot of our time, and I did not receive a text, email, or phone call to let me know. I will not use U-Haul again for this reason.

John QuailThis was by far my best rental experience. I had a short trip to pick up the u-haul truck and plenty of relatives to fill it. I believe I put in extra gas but it was worth it.
