I was asked about the key I put in the drop box on Friday , however the following week on a TUESDAY I was told the box was left open and it was NOT! I was also told someone stole the biggest box U-Haul truck that u can get from the company, I was told the truck was stolen after I dropped it off . I never had a problem with any U-Haul company as much as I move but this was sketchy and an unpleasant experience! I am sure and would hope that premises with people valuables would have cameras!I will be returning back to speak with someone .

Didn't get the two dollies I paid for, was told they'd try to take it off my bill but ended up being charged for both. Then they gave me the wrong key for the padlock, ended up locking all of my stuff inside the trailer and had to go back to the uhaul store panicked. I told them the issue and her first response was 'well, I don't know that we gave you the wrong key' and 'I don't know what to tell you' and 'if we have to cut off the lock we will charge you for it'. I basically had to plead for her to help since the moving company was waiting on me. Finally, she spoke with her manager over the phone and got approval to cut the lock off. It added miles and stress to an already stressful day and in the end they acted like they were doing me a favor by helping. When I told my family what happened with the lock they were appalled at the way they handled this situation. Yes, it eventually all worked out, but it shouldn't have been that much trouble and the attitude in responding to the issue was ridiculous and unhelpful. Was also told 'oh we never put dollies or furniture pads in there anymore' …. Ok so why was I allowed to be charged for it?

This time, the drop off location charged me for gas even though I returned it with a little under 3/4 of a tank. There should be a little tolerance allowed or more accuracy in reporting starting fuel.

Highly recommend this location purely for the customer service! Do not recommend the U-Haul app as this is an issue it has frequently that needs to be resolved.

Myself colleagues and friends Pam is unequivocally the nicest most professional person I've ever dealt with in the U-Haul corporation. She runs, Stubner, airline location and navigates all her customers needs with Grace and professionalism, this is the reason why I pass up no less than 10 U-Haul locations to repeatedly come back to Stuebner airline Houston U-Haul. I have no criticism Pam is doing an absolutely fantastic job.

Chelsea MapleThe Houston location I picked up at was fine . The Lady was very sweet . My experience after that was horrible. I was told by customer service that I could drop off check into storage unti after hours on 4/2/23 and I ended up having to wait until. Monday on 4/3/23. The original location on that Monday did not have the storage unit that I reserved and was told I would get the 1st month free. The 2nd location had the unit but only offered to do the 2nd month free and when I went to return the U-Haul at the 2200 E belt line rd Carrollton Location he sent me to a Location in Richardson but it wasn't the correct one . The only reason I knew the 412 N Central Expwy was the correct location was because of the U-Haul app stating that when I attempted to check in the Truck . My experience today with Uhal was my worse I ever had today.
Terrence JohnsonThe person at this location was a literal angel. It was late and she helped with the drop-off in spite of it being WAY after hours. She needs a raise! The drop off ended well but until I arrived at this location, the drop-off experience was basically a cluster-f***. U-Haul wouldn't allow my original drop-off location I scheduled and changed to a new drop off location. I found this out when I went to turn the truck and trailer in; wouldn't change because this U-Haul store was in a "different region"-why is that my problem? Was told to go to the new location to turn in or face penalty. The *new* drop-off location (1/2 hour away) was closed and had no after hours drop off; barely even room to get off the road. Called U-Haul back and "James" helped me with the final drop off, another 1/2 hour away. The revised location actually said they didn't take trailers, but said she'd take it and the truck. She saved me from having to either keep both truck and trailer for another day or gambling and finding another drop-off location late at night.
