Was charged an extra $30 for extra miles? I left the truck with a 1/4 tank more than how I got it. Got it at 3/8 left it with 5/8

Michael MThe location had computer issues. The order was to go from sugarcamp to Frances creek and drop off in Denmark. I went to look for the address and it said I was supposed to drop off in sugar camp. Why would I do that? Waste all that fuel to bring it back to the starting location. The worker even asked if we were the reservation from sugarcamp to Denmark. He didn't have very good customer service.
Kevin Gdid online drop off day early - Internet was spotty at best in the northwoods so practically had to stand on truck to upload drop off pics - took forever!
Sarah BI was supposed to pickup the U-Haul on Saturday at a close location, the owner of that location had gone to jail leaving a sign on the door. Being the moving day I had to travel far out of my way to obtain a U-Haul and had a small window of time to complete my move. The price I paid for the U-Haul was outrageous $500+ dollars and was not on full tank when driving off.

William HNEEDED A 5X8 TRAILER FOR MOVING THINGS FROM CRANDON, WI. I FIRST TALKED TO UHAUL IN RHINELANDER. THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. TOLD ME THAT COULD POSSIBLY GET ONE IN STEVENS POINT. WHAT? THAT IS 150 MIILES FROM CRANDON. i ASKED ABOUT SUGAR CAMP. SHE SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE EITHER. I HAVE DONE BUSINESS AT THE SUGAR CAMP SITE IN THE PAST, SO I CALLED THERE AND TALKED TO SCOTT. HE DID NOT HAVE ONE, BUT THERE WAS ONE SCHEDULED TO BE TURNED IN THE NEXT DAY. SAID HE WOULD SAVE IT FOR ME. HE DID. i WAS GOINGTO PICK IT UP ON MY WAY TO CRANDON, BUT DUE TO SOME BAD WEATHER ON MY ROUTE, COULD NOT MAKE IT THERE ON FRIDAY, PM, SEP. 24. i CALLED AND WE AGREED TO MEET AT HIS STORE IN SUGAR CAMP, WI. SATURDAY AM BEFORE 8:00. I FEEL THAT SCOTT WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE I HAD A TRAILER TO RENT.

Thomas PThe trailer really needs to have a tongue wheel on it. There is no way most can lift that so it goes onto the ball.

Manuela HI only dropped off keys, so I did not go in and can only mention outside appearances. It looks very run down. "Ramshackle" is a word that comes to mind. A fresh coat of paint where it's fading weirdly, cleaning the windows and other general cleaning would go far to making it more inviting.
