The uhaul app is terrible. Way too many snags.

Aimee DI have had a very BAD experience. Location couldn't help. The 24/7 share is horrible. The online option to get truck wasn't working correctly. Every time I would call for help, they would just send me a link to a video. Video didn't help. Customer service tries to rush me off the phone. U-Haul isn't as good as what they brag about. The only reason why I use U-Haul again would be out of necessity rather than them being a quality business.
Brandon STruck wasn't in the location the app said it was. However, it was noticeable.
Michael MFelicia at Sunrise Cookies was wonderful and tried above and beyond to help us with our pickup. UHaul customer service or lack there of and website is complete trash.

erick mAlthough the woman was very nice, she seemed to not really know what she was doing and we were there for over 45 minutes. Also the AC in our UHAUL did not work.
Clayton SThe location I finally picked up from was fine and I didn't have a problem with them, but Uhaul pick up process overall was a disaster. When I placed the order I chose the site closest to my house, but when I went to see if they had the truck I ordered they said I had to go to another location, but that location didn't have my size truck either and no one bothered to let me know. I had to call back several times to get someone to tell me where I could pick up at, and that location was 17 miles south of town. I won't use Uhaul again.
Ormond LIt smelled great! They were baking King Cakes and we even bought a sack lunch including their signature bread.
