Very unproffesional operation. No one came out to hook up trailer, had to find it and hook it up myself while store clerk was attending others at the gas pump

Pat CrowderDrop off location was out of the way for me. I had originally selected another drop off location which was much more convenient for me. For some reason the drop off location was changed by Uhaul. I tried to call Uhal to get the the drop off changed back to the original location but got tired of waiting on hold to talk to customer service and just drive to this drop off as reassigned by Uhaul.

Self check in and out was not working and took several attempts to get it done and it would never allow me to report trailer damage prior to pickup. I could not correct invoice and it would not upload images after several attempts I simply said ok to go home after 30 minutes of trying. Your software is bad

Jon SkoreyWindows we're very dirty-inside and-front windshield. Truck drove great. I drive an extra 20 minutes to rent from this location. Brakes are great but the wear indicator starting to squeal .

Steven FurlongWorse experience ever with U-haul. Had to unhook a 6 x12 tandem axel trailer by myself. Asked for help and was told no that they didn't work for U-Haul, (despite the name on the building matched the name on the contract), then they complained where I dropped it, told me I couldn't f******* leave it in the middle of parking lot. Yet the person who checked me in never said where to disconnect. But So I had to reconnect it by myself and move it. I expect a call to discuss.

James SchroederWe are in a pandemic, sign on door, mandatory mask. Store crowded with people, only oneS wearing mask is me and the girl behind the counter. Not one word said to others that they have to have masks on. Also, not my choice Of pick up location. It's ridicules that I reserve a 10 ft truck and pick the location closest to where I will be and the day before I get a call that they don't have that truck and the "upgraded" truck they give me is 25 miles from where I am. Then get a call that morning asking if I still want the truck because they have someone there who wants to rent it. Really? Wow sure I'll cancel my plans so someone else can rent your truck.

Terry CaldwellThe owners of Sunshine Auto Repair and Towing really did an excellent job at making sure I had a good/clean/dependable truck ready for me when I decided to move items from my storage unit.I have rented a truck,bought gas and other items from their store,and had my car worked on at this business.....I highly recommend doing business with these folks,as all of my experiences have been positive.....plus,they are just really nice,good people.....something sometimes difficult to find in business owners these days.

Patrick DemnickiInconvenient for me. Major Uhaul location much closer to my house in Naples. Plus, I was told to pick up at 9am. I assumed that meant after 9. I showed up at 1 and there was nobody there. They had called me earlier but I missed the call.

Richard FergusonI had reserved a 5X8 trailor two months prior to the pick up date and was instructed to pick up the trailor near Int 75 and collier ave Naples, FL. When I arrived the only trailor that was there was a large twin axle trailor. After a long delay I was told to pick up one approx. 15 miles away at Everglade City, FL. I wasted 1 1/2 to 2 hours and caused a lot of inconvenience because my help had to be delayed as well.
bernie nowickiGot caught in a major weather event. Winds gusting to 60 MPH. Driving RV with your tow dolly. Laid over a day to wait out weather which would have made me 24 hours late for equipment return. Asked for a day extra due to well documented weather event and was denied. Would have to pay late fee if late. All your rep did was give me an extra 4 hours. Poor customer care. Had to drive an RV WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT like hell to get to turn in point on time so there would be no late charge.
