Renting from here was very easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have used them before and will do it again.

CRYSTAL PSunshine Pools Location is the best U-Haul experience I ever have. Staff are so nice and helpful. Everything is explained clearly and comfortable. Just the best.

Gregory KThe tires were low on tread. I suppose it's my fault for not insisting on new tires. I had to call for road side service halfway through my trip because they were bald. Also I was not offered moving helpers. I only heard about them when I called to extend my contract. I am an old lady with a 2800 mile trip traveling solo. The trailer was clean.

Kendra BThe company obviously has no consideration for its employees, customers and third party locations. Customers are expected to follow their contract to a t until Uhaul decides to change it in the middle of a move.

Norman MAt pickup, the truck had not been cleaned after previous use and transport trailer had a soft tire - obvious to the naked eye. When concern was expressed, I was instructed to drive 1 hour to another facility for a tire replacement. Improvement needed; DON'T SEND OUT DIRTY EQUIPMENT IN DISREPAIR.
david lThe drop off directions in the pamphlet direct customers to U-Haul.com to return equipment after hours. The site would not work after step 3. We searched for an app, and that was much faster and efficient. Your informational pamphlet should be updated.

charles kTurning in my truck on an icy winter's day was tricky, especially with a very steeply graded hill right outside my new home. The UHaul agent in Jay at Sunshine Pools was so helpful, giving us an extra day to get there. Fortunately, the ice melted enough for us to take another try at it later in the day, and it all worked great. It was a smooth process, start to finish. :)
MELISSA CThis was not our preferred location, but we were not informed that our truck would not be available at our preferred location until after we were scheduled to pick it up. Not only did this delay our trip, but it was inconvenient. U-Haul needs to do a better job communicating with its customers in advance of their rental date.

HECTOR TOn line pickup process VERY difficult. Didn't use mobile return for fear of difficulty. Location staff very helpful. Our vehicle was blocked in at location by a returned truck so waited for help as it was a holiday and location was closed. Waited on hold with uhaul 32 minutes while I had a crew waiting at my home to load truck. Total pickup process took 90 minutes and it was only 10 minutes from my house. Very frustrating! Returned truck 14 hours early from my 48 hour rental period for fear of difficult return mobile process on a Sunday.
Jamison SGot charged a $19 gas fee the last time I rented a truck. Uhaul said they would call me back to discuss the inaccurate charge. They NEVER called. NOT GOOD. All charges this time were accurate . NOT so the time before. Randy Cook 207-491-3479
