The boy working there was very rude and had no idea what he was doing when we asked to rent a trailer. We had a truck and a car to move. My son works on project vehicles. He told us our truck wasn't heavy enough to pull the truck we had to get which I thought was ridiculous because we use a solid metal 89 dodge D350 with a 12 valve cummins engine in it which is made for hauling. Anyway we had to leave and go get the hitch we forgot in another vehicle so we went a different way and stopped at another uhaul place off yellow creek rd. The trailers there were not big enough for the truck we needed to get but was for the small car. (Please note one of the straps that goes over the wheels was frayed) but it served the purpose for a small car. When my son returned the trailer the next day back to the canton location (because it was more convenient for us) the same guy was extremely rude to him. Called him a liar and told him we were banned from uhaul forever because we "miss-used equipment" we never miss used anything. He tried to say we hauled a big truck that wasn't approved by them and we didnt. My son tried to tell him that and he was listening, told him to leave and never come back. That kid didnt know what we hauled. It was not a big truck he just assumed and was a total ass to my son. I will not recommend this place simply because of that young kid with an attitude. I paid over a hundred dollars to use a trailer that the straps were frayed and could have been dangerous but thankfully it was not and i even got the insurance as well just in case. We returned it promptly the next morning and was treated horribly.

Returned trailer to this location but apparently only one person who knows how to check-in returned equipment, and he/she wasn't working that day. I was told where to park the trailer, but did not receive and paperwork/document showing I had indeed returned the equipment. I was simply told "it's good, the manager said everything s okay". I would recommend this location based on convenience only - it's in a very rural area, and the only location in the area.

Trailer had bad connections and did not give me great confidence it worked fine though. Location was off the beaten path.

The check in rep was inexperienced and unable to check me in….couldn't get a hold of manager…had to call uhaul corporate….check in just as bad as it tooled 3 days to complete 24 hr check in and invoice situation. The owner was uncooperative when I personally made a trip back to the location to make sure I received a completed invoice and return. He threw a blank piece of paper and pen on the desk for me to fill out. Unprofessional, ill mannered, unprepared even though I had called him and let him know I was on the way and what I needed.

What a joke. I will never use Uhaul again. From the moment they changed my pickup location(we had to drive 30 minutes out of the way) , nothing went correctly, they even requested a photocopy of my credit card that I refused. They then gave me the wrong truck that had no gas & a security lock that had been cut. Once the truck was almost full they asked if we could bring it back. We told them we could not due to it being 30 min away and us having it packed

Finding this drop-off location required GPS navigation as it is well-away from any major highway (e.g., in the "sticks"). However, the person who we checked-in with was friendly.

The man was rude and appeared intoxicated. He berated customers and his employees. If I didn't need the truck so bad, I would have left. He kept complaining that his uhaul tablet was broken.

Get a truck that is safe. The piece of junk truck broke down in my driveway. I was left to fend for myself thanks to the very unhelpful 'customer service' person that suggested I take an uber to get a new truck. Nothing was acceptable with this rental. I want all of my money back and want to be reimbursed for the new truck that I had to rent to the tune of $474 to cover the bs that your truck caused. Will never NEVER use U-haul again and will warn friends away as well.

Was not given a copy of contract, and equipment was not checked in the following morning. Received a call two weeks later stating equipment had not been returned. Additionally, lot was poorly maintained, equipment was still attached to another vehicle when I arrived, and location was short staffed, so it took a while to unhook from the vehicle it was attached to.

The gentleman who checked us in in advertently removed the insurance from our order, and we could not add it back on once we left. The truck has issues starting, with it appearing to have an electrical problem.

The latch was stuck and it took 2 hours to get it in hitched. The location had no cell service and I was alone in dark location trying to return a trailer that I could not unhitch.

Long wait in the store even though I completed the check-in well in advance. Also, surprise credit card use charge I was not made aware of at any point in the process until I received my final receipt. All four tires on the trailer required inflation prior to use and one of the tires required plugging. Overall, not the expected level of service from U-Haul.

Andy was super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that U-haul didn't have the truck I needed at the location I wanted to pick up from. Of course they don't give you extra miles for having to pick up further from your origin. Other than that everything went well. We got a practically brand new truck and like I said Andy and Super A Gas were great.

They double charged our card AND added an extra fee (even though we returned it with the gas over the level it was given to us. I have been calling for two days and no one will answer and there is no voicemail. At 6:30 pm, a man picked up the phone but said no one was there to help and to call back at 9 am. I am becoming concerned about the safety of the charge card now. Please help

Super A Food & Gas...Uhaul truck Windshield was so dirty it was hard to see when the sun shined in. Didn't get all of the equipment I requested..absolutely no help there...had to set up everything on the phone with the owner. Would NOT use them again.

This location really doesn't have personnel to help with equipment, but it is convenient for me, so that makes up for any issues with turning in equipment.

I called and asked about renting a car trailer, the representative said yes he had one but it was at a location "less than fifteen minutes away" and to come in and file the paperwork. I got there and spent 45 minutes waiting helping the representative learn how to use the software. He entered the tow vehicle as a Honda Civic even though it was a ridge line and kept trying to resubmit the paperwork even though it (correctly) said a civic could not tow my car. After I finally got the contract he gave me the location to pick up the trailer. It was almost 30 minutes from the first location (not 15). Had I known it was so far away I would have just driven there initially. I picked up the trailer, moved my car and returned it to the first location (as the representative had instructed me to do) around 8:45-9PM and went home. Only to have the second location calling my phone this morning threatening to charge my card because I "had not returned the trailer by 11:30PM yesterday" Please do not use this place. The time these morons will waste is better spent driving to a better u-haul location.

You moved my location then charged me extra mileage even after you gave me more mileage. And I had to re enter all of my information that I did previously online. The reservation time was set at 8. The place didn't even open until 10 so that put me behind schedule. I want a refund but you don't have a phone number to call.

When arriving to return the truck I spent atleast 20 min with the guy but he was clueless so I called the uhaul customer service explaining to them that I had dropped the truck off but for some reason the man could not get it put into the system. The Uhaul CSR Informed me that the systems had been down but would notate it in the system the truck was returned on time. Then this happens Today UHAUL Charged me $315,76 because the guy at Ballground charged us for 5 days when we returned it Saturday Feb 24 at 10am. Now thanks to y'all my account is going to be negative. I hope I never have to use Uhaul again. BRUCE E MOORE

don't have your sales person tell you its ok to drop off at a different location then call you 2 hours later and tell you no. it has to be brought back to the his location which adds another day to my rental because it was late, and the extra miles , and the fuel . I will never use U-Haul again.

I reserved a 10 ft truck online for 4pm pick-up on 7/28/16. I drove 30 minutes from my home, because that was the only store I could reserve a 10 ft truck. I get to the location at 4:02 PM and the office is closed. I called the # and someone came back it took another 40 minutes. Finally get to fill out paperwork, I completed online check-in to speed up process. My reservation could not be found, the only rental they had was a 20ft truck that was reserved. They called and found another vehicle which was another 20 minutes away. For a easy online process, and check in, I was disappointed with the pick up of the rental and would have to think twice before recommending UHaul rental.

Reservation on line was a joke. Need to make improvements to system. Took 2 hours to get trailer I made reservation for that was assigned to someone else after I arrived to pick up trailer. The whole experience with u haul was very exhausting. The pick up location was good and friendly. I also love the trailer pulled very easy. The reservation was the part that really made the experience poor.

Keep doing what you're doing. The owner and his lovely wife were very helpful and friendly. When I found out that the 26 foot van wasn't large enough, I called him back to see if he had a trailer. He had one at another of his stores and because I didn't feel comfortable driving the loaded van to go pick up the trailer. He and his wife delivered the trailer to my house after he closed up for the night. They were very kind and went out of their way to accomodate me.

My biggest complaint is that I had to drive 30 miles out of my way along curvy mountain back roads to return the truck when there were other uhaul locations closer. I was told uhaul sent me there because that is where they needed the truck. As a paying customer this was a huge inconvenience and as far as I am concerned NOT my problem. Every minute of my day was accounted for and the extra hour used to transport the truck based on uhauls need made a difficult day even more so.
