I specifically requested a location with an agent..I received a text that I would get a call to confirm..this never happened. When I arrived for pick up I waited 30 minutes the store was closed and nobody arrived. I had to call uhaul to convert my pickup to digital pickup which I am not a fan of. Lack of customer service..I usually use penske and I will go back to them in the future

We needed a truck with a dolly and explained at the time of rental. It was a time sensitive move, It was not on the truck and none were available. We had to drive to a store and rent one.

wes EIt was not the dealers fault the truck requested two weeks prior was switched from a 15 foot rental to a 26 foot rental at the last minute by U-Haul. Unable to get a 26 foot rental into my parking lot I had to drive 45 miles out of my way, losing an afternoons work, to acquire the proper size truck. If you can not keep a promise do not make one.

Amy HI didn't like the set up through the computer. Some texts were delayed. I think elderly or persons over 55 may not use uhaul in the future if everything is via a link. I think you should consider having face to face and through a link.
Cassandra SThe place i was supposed to drop it off was out of business. I did not have a computer because i was moving so i had to call my wife and have her find one. You should update your system when stores close and don't send people to the wrong place.

Thomas FUHaul's website is awful! Outdated, dysfunctional, does not provide the right info when and where you need it - I could go on and on. You need people outside of UHaul to provide a customer's perspective.

Donald CDidn't have enough blankets although charged for them, didn't have the utility dolly that was ordered, given an appliance dolly instead but with broken strap, didn't know how to hook up the car hauler and we had to ask for a broom to sweep out a dirty truck!! We've used Uhaul a few times in the past but would not reccomend this location!!

I HAVE TALKED TO YOUR PEOPLE AND NO ON GIVES A SHIT... IVE RENTED MANY TRAILERS FROM UHAUL IN THE PAST YEAR AND NOT ONCE DID THE PEOPLE SAY HOOK IT UP YOURSELF.. I WANT SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FROM THIS PAST RENTAL. CONTRACT NUMBER 23072499 ID HATE TO HAVE TO MAKE A LEGAL ACYION ON UHAUL AS MY BACK IS STILL HURTING AND MAY HAVE TO SEE MY DOCTOR ABOUT IT..
JAMES PLady at desk really didn’t know how the trailer worked, no one available to help lift trailer, again had to use jack and wood to remove trailer from ball hitch- you really need to have some sort of lifting system for these things or have someone available who can lift them.
Sandra CI feel u shouldn't be charged full price for any car or rental that u bring back jus a few hours later. That really doesn't make since at all especially getting charged for a full day when u only used it 3 or less hours
lanancy sThe parking lot area should be larger to provide an area to turn a large vehicle around in a circle instead of having to back up several turns. This would prevent accidents in the yard.
