My pick up location was moved much further away. There was nobody to help me connect the very heavy trailer. There was not nearly enough space in the lot to navigate parking the trailer when returned. The office was very nice and easy to work with.

light plug was bad on first trailer also safty chain was broke. second trailer as ok
clarence greenTrailer was parked in deep grass and ticks were crawling up my legs. Nobody helped me connect it to my vehicle. Tongue weight was fairly heavy; lucky I didn't throw out my back. Suggest supporting the tongue on cinder blocks so the customer does not need to lift or move trailer. Location is also incorrect as the parent company is a few miles down the street.

jeff fritzThe room was filled with cigarette smoke. The location wasn't even the one where I picked up the trailer. I had to call them and drive a couple miles down the road to another location. They didn't offer to help hook up the trailer. I had to do it myself.

Jon FolckThe trailer smelled of mildew. I wiped it down with Clorox wipes to solve the problem. I don't believe the location knew this as it probably was turned in with moisture in it and became smelly as it sat closed up.
Eve ChaberskiClose this location! They changed the address to pickup to 214 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766 but they didn't change on contract. So we had to sit in a drug infested area for an hour and a half trying to return the trailer. They had a lady and man there but no one to help liad the trailer. Big liability for uhaul. It have new felt so unsafe in my life, to the point I placed my weapon on my lap for safety. I had to sit on hold for 50 minutes trying to get this rental turned in due to the address of return being wrong. The lady working the counter had no clue what was going on and very unprofessional. If I were uhaul I would take their vehicles away.

Jeremiah PassafumeThe location was closed when we got there for drop off (advertised as closing at 5pm but no one was there at 4:05pm - understandable though - towing business secondary location - no problem). So, we just dropped the trailer and left. But, because there wasn't anyone there, the "wrong trailer" situation didn't get noticed until Monday AM when the business opened. He contacted me and was very helpful in getting it resolved via his area rep.

john houkThe pick up location was was fine, the owner was very helpful. My complaint is this was the third location, and furthest from where my move began. Reserved online from a Uhaul location two blocks from the apartment, was contacted about an hour later by Uhaul advising that truck was not available and to pick up from second location 0,8 miles away...no problem. Later that same evening, received a call from the final pick up location and it was further away yet...after dropping $416.00, I was starting to get frustrated, but it worked. Final complaint is that the truck was not equipped with cruise control, which after driving it 450 miles+, that WILL be a consideration if I ever have to do this again. Bottom line, this truck and equipment made this move go more smoothly than I had anticipated.

Charles PrattPerson had to come up from somewhere else with our contract. Also the front straps on the trailer were not long enough. The man had us to let the air out of one of our tires to get the strap to fit and the strap on the other side come off on 2 separate occasions. We had to reinforce with additional straps.

David SkulstadRudest people i ever meet in my life. I felt like i walked into a dim lit hole in the wall. At first i couldn't even find the right entrance and refused to use key drop box due to fear of it being stolen. The parking lot was over packed with a wrecker company vehicles and vehicles for sale. I will never use the location again and i might not ever use u haul again. Every time before now i have had a good review and good experiences. Please respond to me on the issues or ill never use you guys again.
