Pick up took almost an hour using the uhaul app. Had to call in to a representative and walk through step by step of the process. The website/app would not work. I was also charged for a dolly that was not in the truck and have yet been given my $7 back. I have used uhaul before and would recommend to use a location where an actual person is there.

Cesar BI requested a dolly and furniture pads. They were not provided. The store was closed so I had no way to get the items. I was charged for them even though I did Not get them.

Tracy JParking spots weren't really large enough. Tail of all the vehicles hang over the back driveway. App says not to block driveway. Did the best I could.
Richard DLocation was changed at the last minute, nothing I ordered was on the truck. The truck was already on empty counting down the miles when I got it. Could not have made the experience any worse, minus not actually having the truck. No representative was on site, had to call to get information, person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly dismissive and rude.

sofee nwas charged for insurance that I did not ask for. I asked that someone call me to discuss and nobody ever did and nor was it ever removed from my bill! I will never rent from this location again!!!
