I Haul system was down the biggest part of the day we pick out Truck and Trailer up. Did not have the same equipment available that I reserved . So I had to pay more to get A trailer. I returned my equipment in the next day very cleaned. It's been several days now . Still have not received my Refund from the company on my Deposit. I don't understand why U Haul had to Hold such A amount on my Bank account. And now still has A hold on my money. U haul didn't have to wait several Days for me to pay them. I shouldn't have to wait several Days for them to give me my money back. So no not happy with this rental or U Haul

Quick and easy to work with

Shirley hI was charged a day later for gas, without notification. I drove 23 miles and put 1,8 gallons in the tank before returning. The gas gauge was analog and doesn't have the resolution to determine the gas level within a half gallon. So it was an arbitrary charger. The owner could have discussed this at the time I returned the truck. It's really a matter of transparency and honesty. So I rated this average based on potential undisclosed charges.
John MI was told I could drop off at any local uhaul location but when I used the app to return the truck it directed me to a completely different location than the one I was at, which caused me to exceed my contract mileage.

Merrill GEquipment was not ready for pickup when I arrived. U-Haul stated a 8:30am pickup online but the truck was not ready until close to 9:30. The interior of the cab of the truck had ants in it and something sticky on the center console.
