Patrick FellowsThis weeks rental went smoothly!! I rented a larger trailer a week ago and it was a disaster!! It took the representative over an hour to figure out the app… he didn't charge correctly, didn't put the correct drop off point (after having to input my information 4 times, only after if offered to help him with app did the information save. Once at the drop off location, I was told it would be an additional THREE TIMES THE PRICE!! Because the first guy screwed up so badly. I was given the number to "TRAFFIC" to get a refund, but moving took all my time. I wish things were above board the first time around! Money is tight when you are relocating! Anyway, thanks. SB

Victoria DillardFor starters you can have people onsite that is willing and able to help with unhooking trailers. I'm 63 and had a hella time getting the trailer off the hitch. No one there to help!!! I'll never use this place again!

Michael Garner1st) When I made my online reservation I chose not to get the insurance from you. When I got the trailer I was charged $25 for the insurance. I didn't know this until after I dropped the trailer off. The reason is, the lady who rented me the trailer did not print my contact. She emailed it to me and I could read it due to it being so small. Also, she didn't ask me if I wanted the insurance. The man at the dropoff location printed me a copy. 2nd) The trailer was located in a place in the parking lot that was VERY difficult for me to hook up to. I had to ask someone from another business to help me hook it up. I suggested to the lady who rented it to me that they might want to put things in a better place. 3rd) I have NEVER had to hook up a trailer from U-Haul. A employee of U-Haul has always been there to hook up the trailer. I am 54y/o and disabled the only employee there was a pregnant woman. I wasn't going to even ask her to help me cause I knew she couldn't. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. James S.
James SimsApp and video gave very detailed instruction but was not able to execute final truck check in process- which gobbled up a lot of time snd heightened angst needlessly- googled turn in office phone and they assisted. Turn in location assigned was not especially convenient- but I suspect that's how you manage the distribution of inventory Ps Anchor points for straps inside truck could be improved by integrating D rings on wall Overall - mission accomplished Thank you for being there to provide valuable service
Britt VincentThe fuel stated in the contract was wrong. The actual fuel was on EMPTY when I started the truck. I did not go back to the office to report the issue as it took 30 minutes to get the truck and I needed to get going.

DORIAN DAYTONDespite the website stating that Tender Kate was supposed to be open Saturday 7/14/21, they were not when I arrived at 10am to drop the trailer. Completing the return process online was not an option because the website could not confirm my location. Reaching a customer service representative was daunting and took a long time. When one was finally reached they were polite and noted the account of our trouble but ultimately could not help finalize the return for us. This was a stressful and inconvenient experience.
CLAYTON TRAMMELLI arrived there to pick up the 20" truck I had reserved and paid for and the business wasn't open. I called the business line for about 30 minutes. I also knocked on the doors and got no answer. I chatted with 8 different representatives and spoke to 5 over the phone where I would be transferred and the call would get disconnected. Someone finally showed up after I stayed on the phone with 1 representative for 1 hour and 7 minutes until she reached the general manager for the area. 10:51 which is the time I was able to leave with the rental. Inside the rental coffee had been spilled but not cleaned up, candy paper and bags were under the seat. This through our entire moving day off. They only offered to give $50 back which hasn't been done to date.

Steven MosesBusiness was not open when I tried to return truck even though I was there during business hours. Other customers also showed up and weren't able to pick up their rental. Business was not available by phone either.
Michael BullockVery disappointed with U haul I was told they not gonna charger and got I got charged without even knowing and now am getting back with them and they all bouncing me back and forth this is ridiculous.

Michael SanserinoWhen we dropped off the trailer around 6pm, two gentle walked out of the building. One went back in, and the other left in a vehicle. I found it strange that no one offered any help.
EDDIE LEFEAUXAre you kidding? This was an office with two ladies (very nice). No sign to know that it has anything to do with U-haul. Had to ask someone from another office who was taking trash out where to go. There wasn't a phone number for the place on the email receipt, Nobody to help get the trailer off, since my husband was there we were able to do it. Parking area to leave trailer was on a slope-NO blocks available to put under the wheels. It Was Ridiculous. And before leaving to return the trailer I called 800 uhaul number to see if I could take it to another place after looking at googlemaps and seeing a house/building as the place to leave it but was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Will certainly try other companies before Uhaul next time.

Joel MikazesWhen I went to get the truck no one was there. Finally after waiting in the cold for an hour and a half someone showed up. Then she checked me in and couldn't find the key for the lockbox to give me the key for the truck. It was a nightmare. She called her husband because she thought she left the key in her purse. Well when her husband got there the key wasn't in her purse. She continued to look for the key which took another 30 to 40 minutes. She continued to look for the key which she found in a jacket pocket in her car. It was a devastating experience. Then I get charged 234 for a one day trip. I think I should get some sort of credit being that this happened to me. My husband passed away with cancer and that's why I am having to move. I have no money and had to borrow this money to get this truck.
VICTORIA RICHARDSNo one available at time of pickup. Excessive tong weight tongue jack not available potential safety issue for clients like myself hooking trailer without assistance. On return no one physically able to disconnect and remove trailer. I had to lift and remove myself fortunately I'm a fit Senior.

Kajanna MaryThe location was basically a drop off location with a key box to leave the keys. It was not easy to find because there was no clear sign indicating it was a Uhaul place. But at least we didn't have to see or speak to anyone. Still will never use Uhaul services again.

And come to find out they do not provide moving blankets or appliance dolly as requested. 3 hours later I had no blankets and was driving to pick up my dolly from another location Was also charged $85 for insurance that I refused!!!!!! Even signed as refused
