After renting the truck we proceeded to take the truck off the lot. When my husband discovered a homeless person giving in the back of the uhaul. Before we could take the truck we had to wait for him to move ALL his belongings

Lakala GFirst of all it was at a gas station and the mobile check in was not working so the gas station clerk had to take my card and do it in his phone which made me very uncomfortable.
Stephany RPlease make sure no homeless have made camp in the open back of the truck. Nor was the gas full. The back of the truck reeked of urine and there was food, alcohol, and blankets on the floor. I am honestly in disbelief I was charged the full amount.

Tammerra PI'm currently at the police station filing a complaint because your agent at this location is currently using my credit 12/112022 the time is 10:39am. This is unacceptable.. I have never experienced this in my years of using Uhaul.
Sharron EScheduled pick up time was 9:30am. I spent 5 hours trying to get a truck, had to visit multiple locations. I ended up having to pay the helpers for the extra time that they had to wait. I will be calling the office to file a complaint.

Marcia LI was charged for gas that I did not use. The truck was returned the same way it was given just under 3/4 of a tank and they charged me for it. Terrible service. The person at the desk did not know anything about the truck rental at all. Will never return to this location again.

Dominique TThe clerk I turned the Keys into insisted I move the truck to the back of the building because the truck was to big for him to drive and that there were to many cars in the parking lot for him to navigate through.

Ariadne BUhaul was down so renting the truck made it difficult. The man at this location went above and beyond to make our rental happen!!! I cant believe a company as large as uhaul cant rent a truck if the system is down! Makes no sense!

Brenda SGAVE US A TRUCK FULL OF FRESH URINE AND FLIES, THEY HAD NO IDEA HOW TO DO THE UHAUL CONTRACT AND THE OWNER DEBITED A WHOLE DIFFERENT AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE GAS STATION ALSO SMELLED LIKE URINE. JUST GHETTO AS HELL. WILL NEVER GO BACK..SMH
Nakina lThe truck had a horrible odor. The representative at the store advise appliance dolly was already in the truck when I asked for it. It was not and had to go back to the location to pick one up causing extra unnecessary miles driven. Also he did not know what a appliance dolly was and directed me to a vehicle tow dolly.
Annjeanette HThe contract was not printed and no walk around was done. It was 96 degrees and no air conditioner in truck. Did not find this out until our items were all packed into the truck. The location had drug addicts walking around begging for money and Ideas asked to park on the side of building out of the view of cameras and clerks in the gas station. I asked if my car was safe and the gas station clerk said he wasn't sure but I had to move my car from in front of the gas station to McDonald's adjacent lot or on the side of the building because my car could get towed. There were drug addicts and homeless sleeping right by the trucks. As I walked up to the truck two of them jumped up and start begging for money. I jumped in the truck and took off. I would have gone some where else but had to be out of the house by a certain time.
